Had 2 prior plumbers assess the leaking outdoor spigot incorrectly and also did not fix the problem correctly.

The two men who came to our home were polite, friendly and professional. They got the job done, and even though we had to call back for additional service, everything ended well.

I had a cracked pipe that led to the septic tank; it was packed with tree roots. Countryside dug up the pipe and replaced it. They were very professional, on time, and explained what they were doing (they even showed me the plugged pipe after they dug it up). I would hire them again, but I hope I don't have to (no one wants backed up plumbing).

Cleaned out the drain , great job!

Excellent. We met with the engineer that morning, made a call to Countryside, a crew was on site within the hour. Derek verified the specs by cell phone with the engineering. The hole location had to be changed because a utility pipe was discover. He handled the modifications with ease and was able to shift easily. He expertly handled the equipment and clearly had a good body of knowledge necessary to perform the job.

He did quite a bit of work. I felt good because I told him that we are going to be selling the house and I wanted all the plumbing closely checked. He did replace some parts in the master bathroom and checked the second one and said everything was fine.

Mike from Countryside came out to look at my various problems with a 10 yr. boiler. I had been quoted over $5000 by another company claiming I needed to replace the entire boiler. Mike make some quick repairs and then schedule the entensive repairs for another day when I would not be inconvenienced. He said that my anti freeze was fine and that only a few items needed replacement and the boiler was fine. The work was completed professionally and I was satisfied. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Plumber was very friendly and pleasent. Snaked out kitchen drain, he showed me a minor problem under my kitchen sink and repaired that also. I will use Countryside Services for my plumbing needs in the future.

Chris Brand of Mountain Valley Plumbing-Countryside Services has done the following plumbing jobs for us during the past year. All of them were done very satisfactorily and the charges were quite reasonable in our estimation. He cleared tree roots from our sewer line. He replaced a seal that was allowing the bathtub water to drain directly into the crawl space, and then replaced a 50-60 year old section of cast iron drain pipe with PVC. He accurately diagnosed what I had thought to be a leaking dishwasher, as simply an O ring on the kitchen sink faucet that needed replacing and fixed the problem quickly and very economically. He fixed a and quot;running toiletand quot; problem that we had not been able to fix ourselves, which had been causing off and on problems for years.

Chris is careful and considerate. He is skillful and reasonable. We will, for sure, call him for any future plumbing services we might need.

The job entailed replacing an evaporative cooler water line and running a new water line on the outside of the house. The aesthetics and solid execution were important since it is a critical application that is also very visible, and I emphasized both to the plumber. Although I made it very clear that the quality, not the cost, is of higher importance for me, the plumber did the bare minimum to get the job done, mediocre at best. He also missed the really important areas of the project that he should've checked, leaving me with a slow leak after he has already left. However, he did find the time to "educate me" before he left on kitchen dos and don'ts, which was patronizing and not factual. I am so unsatisfied with their work that I will pay for a different plumbing company to fix the job done by Countryside.

The equipment got stuck 3 times and scratched the interior of my bathroom. While working with the equipment it broke in my plumbing. Another plumber had to come out to retrieve the broken part and to finish the job.
