Jason did a great job diagnosing the problem with my washer. Once he got the part he was able to install it very quickly. He was very friendly and helpful and I'd recommend him!

Jason was able to come out on Tuesday. He arrived promptly and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. He also helped us with another small issue with the same machine. He is pleasant, professional and didn't mind working with an audience. We are excited to have an appliance repair person we can trust as home appliances often need repairs. I would recommend Jason's work to anyone!

We had a refrigerator emergency (it stopped) and I got a reference within a very short time (from Home Advisor) for 2 of the 3 recommended practicioners. One of them from JB called back and said he could sqeeze us in before the end of the day, and he did. It turned out to be a simple adjustment of the freezer thermostat. I thought their basic home call fee of $85 is a tad high but probably not out of line for service providers nowadays. Overall I would definitely recommend these guys.
