Jason was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He fixed our dryer in about 15 minutes and explained what was wrong. He also took a few minutes to fix the leveling on our washer. His price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him!!

When he came out the first time, he was wonderful. It was difficult to diagnose our problem with our refrigerator, however, he went through many steps meticulously to figure out what the problem was. Then he ordered a part, that was over a year ago. We are still having problems, we paid him and he is not returning texts or phone calls. I would not recommend him to anyone!

Jason was great. He arrived promptly on a Monday, at the appointment time, with the part that turned out was needed to get our particular model of refrigerator running again. What a relief! He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Jason with JB Appliance Repair is the only one I will have repair all of our future appliance problems.

Jason was prompt and professional and changed the heater element in our dryer quickly. He took the time to ask questions prior to the appointment to ensure that he had the correct part before arriving. And , he had no problem getting to our rural location, unlike other repair facilities that I called prior to finding Jason on Home Advisor. I will use him and again and would highly recommend him to others.

Jason is awesome diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately and even though he had to order parts and return, he completed the project very satisfactorily. Would definitely recommend.

Jason is on time, communicates well and explains what parts are needed. He helped me fix a few other things that were wrong with my 20 year old fridge at no extra charge. I called many other appliance repair companies and none of them bothered to call me back. My fridge defrost heater had crapped out and was causing the fridge to trip the breaker. Very frustrating. Not an issue any longer.
