I hired in May 2017. They promised a 2-1/2 schedule and after 3 months job was not started. The partners did not answer phone calls, texts or messages. When I finally reached someone first they promised to return my $1500 deposit, then they told me they were broke and spent my money and couldn’t return it. It’s now March 2018 and I still do not have my money. The Better Business Bureau got involved and the partners would not return their inquiries either. After investigating, I found these people have done this to others, and have several business names changing between them to avoid customers and bad reviews. DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!! I hired Matt Smith to replace my front door. He promised 2-1/2 weeks and took a $1500 deposit. Does not show up, does not call, does not do the work! Stood me up 3 times. Claimed my standard 2' 6" door was custom and after almost 3 months wanted more money, now claims he can't refund my my deposit because he is broke! Liar and a scammer!!! Be careful, He takes your money and never does the work, then starts a new company in another name, or in another town or state!!! His partner Selena is in on the scam. She puts in fake reviews of satisfaction to get you hooked up, then covers for Matt Smith when you call business phone. Neither would call Better Business Bureau back. Have Found at least 5 people he has done this to!!! DO NOT USE !!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!
