The Dog Pawlour is an independent pet business that focuses on providing tremendous products and services to pet owners throughout Fort Collins. From our two outstanding full-time groomers (including a Master Groomer) to the best private self-wash suites in the city to our new 2,000 square foot indoor/outdoor daycare we provide a variety of services.

We had a great experience. I found it very easy to make an appointment for my dogs. We dropped them off in the morning and were called to pick them up a few hours later. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. One of my dogs has a very thick coat and sheds profusely. They did a great job brushing out his thick undercoat.

Received a $29.00 grooming coupon through Groupon. Called and made an appointment. Explained that I had a Groupon coupon. Staff were very personable and professional. My toy poodle, Buddy, was quite the fuzzy mess when I took him in. I asked for a specific, very short, non-typical poodle haircut. When I picked Buddy up, his haircut was done well, according to my wishes, and I think he looks adorable. He smelled good and his hair was like velvet.
Most important? He usually trembles in new places. When I picked him up, he was very calm and mellow. I will bring him back to Biscuit's Dog Pawlour.

The place is kept clean and the people are really nice. It's real reasonable to wash my dogs. They are very nice and very calm. They provide towels; and there is a blow dryer if I want to blow dry my dogs. My dogs love it; initially the noise scared the younger shepherd, but once he realized he was getting dry he got past it. My older female shepherd has a double coat and she liked it .The water is warm; and they do have grooming there but I have never used it. For two shepherds, I paid $25 and we took as long as we needed. I don't know if punctuality really applies as I go in when I want to go.

The staff is really friendly and it was easy to get an appointment. They also did really well handling our 14 week puppy who has never been to the groomer. The groomer assured me that our puppy handled the grooming well and there were not any problems.
We're only disappointed with the grooming service. At first I thought the nails were a bit long, but I wasn't sure. A week later, I could see how un-even our puppy's skirt and beard became as her hair started to grow out. Yesterday, I took my dog to another groomer just to have the nails examined. This groomer safely clipped off another 1/4and quot; of nails from her toes.
Overall, it's a nice place but I hope they can gain some more grooming experience over time. Good luck.
