The travel agent, Tammie Shafer, was able to pull together a workable itinerary and make the necessary reservations in a few days once I provided her with some details of what I wanted. She was able to do this without charge due to built-in payments on certain kinds of reservations by travel agents. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Tammie and New Horizons.
