MIDAS AUTO SVC EXPERTS

They had a really good price an they had pretty good customer service, they were very punctual and available to answer questions. I had an issue with my brakes and the next day the brakes were smoking really badly so I took it back to them and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with them but they fixed it eventually. I felt  like they might have been withholding information. So I probably would not use them again because I wasn't happy with the explanation that I got for my problem. I was pleased with their customer service and their work.

My first experience with Midas Fort Collins was when was 1991 vehicle was towed there after the transmission failing. They were very cordial and responsive. Later on when I found a different vehicle to purchase, I took them up on their pre-purchase vehicle inspection. Definitely, the best money I could have spent. They identified a list things that went from safety issues to items the manufacture would require to be serviced based on the vehicle's mileage. They showed me the different items on the vehicle so that I had personal knowledge of what they were talking about. Then I was able to actually negotiate a lower price based on the input of the mechanics and Manager. I was able to make an informed decision. Over the next several weeks, I brought this vehicle back to Midas to perform the repairs. The manager and mechanics gave me thorough information and helped me identify which issues needed to be dealt with immediately and which items could wait. They also discouraged me spending monies on items not necessary or not important at the time. The Subaru "guru" there really cared about the repairs and my vehicle. I feel that both he and the manager have dealt with all of repairs as if it was their vehicle. I spent many hours in their waiting area and saw many different types of customers and the interaction between the manager, mechanics and customers. This isn't just a "job" to them. They take what they do very seriously and give great customer service that people can rely on.

I will never go here again. These guys should be shut down
