He came at the scheduled time, was careful to keep the house clean, diagnosed the HVAC system, identified and explained several potential problems, and provided the service that I requested, all as agreed with no surprise extra cost$$$. Seemed to take to long to identify the problem which I had established before he even got here. Just had to replace a blower motor. I identified the and gave him the part number prior to him arriving so he could pick-up the part. This job should not have cost me over $400 for the job. Did not wear protective shoe wear, or clean up trash from work area. Should have known his work truck had no identifying marks and parts and tools were disorganized and he wasted time looking for a simple wire nut. Wasted 20 minutes writing up a simple single charge bill. Will not use your service again.

Very knowledgeable. Did AC & furnace at same time. Took a little longer than originally projected, but Dayne worked very diligently to make sure everything was working perfectly. Whole system works great! Will definitely use him again!
