Very well once they arrived. Scheduling could be improved - the company rescheduled the date a time or two, then the workers arrived late (over an hour) - I had to call to find out what the situation was. The work itself was well done & the workers informed me of cuases of the vent blockage.

There was a little glitch in the initial scheduling but because of stellar customer service, attentiveness, and great work they more than made up for it. Got everything done promptly. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend this company !

I bought the Angie's List deal. They got me on the schedule right away even though I'd already paid. They arrived on time and got the work done quickly. The catch to the Angie's list deal is that it only includes a certain number of vents. Additional vents cost $20/ea extra, which is quite a bit more than numerous other providers, who charge as little as $10/vent. The dryer vent cleaning is also more expensive than some others even with the Angie's list deal, but I wanted to get both services done at once so I didn't have to come home from work twice. Even so, they were close to the best price. I would have known that in advance had I counted my vents correctly, but those suckers are hard to find. But don't worry, they'll find, clean and charge you for every last vent! Seriously though, I'm not complaining. Great service, better than average price. My one complaint is that they didn't clean inside the dryer itself. Another company said their service included taking part of the dryer apart to clean the lint trap and the inside of the dryer itself. I incorrectly assumed everyone did that, but Everclean didn't because of lawyers or insurance or some nonsense. Just getting the duct clean did make a noticeable difference in how long it takes to dry my clothes though.

The service was fine. They came out actually two days after I purchased it. They did not charge me more than the cost of the Big Deal. I think the price is excellent. The quality so far is excellent also. They were on time. I would use them again if I need gutter cleaning.
