I have a large house and my lot has eight 80-100 year old cottonwood trees. This means my gutters are a mess most of the time. They had not been cleaned in over a year. Some of my gutters had standing water in them and a couple of my downspouts weren't working.

I bought Everclean's $120 coupon and was contacted within 24 hours of purchasing. The work was scheduled promptly. When their employee, Dan, arrived at my house I debriefed him on my issues and he went straight to work. It was hot that day too, 90F. Dan worked hard. And he was extremely polite and customer service oriented. He ensured me that he'd have all my downspouts working again. He had all the equipment needed to do the job right....ladders, hoses, etc.

Dan told me that the $120 coupon covered 200 linear feet of gutter. He measured mine and I have 189 feet. I expected to pay more than what the coupon covered but I didn't. Quite frankly, this amazed me. Dan was here for 3 hours and I paid only $120. I really feel like I UNDER-paid given what he did and how long it took him!

I need to have my gutters cleaned at least twice per year and EverClean is my go-to company now. I'm also going to have them back soon to clean my windows.

I called Everclean and left a message. They promptly returned my call and we scheduled service. They gave my pricing over the phone. They showed up performed the gutter cleaning in about 1 hour. Very professional. Would definitely use Everclean again.

The only thing that ssurprised me was that they didn't clean the return vents; they sort of dusted them off, and I had to clean them later! They were very pleasant and chatted at times when they could, but this didn't slow them down......I'll be interest.ed inseeing how thr dust is for the rest of this winter---I hope it's much less! They reported after they were done that the system seemed to be just normal, and found nothing abnormal. I was glad to have this done....and it was a good experiencn!

My rain gutters and downspouts were overflowing due to being clogged with leaves and debris I signed up on- line for an Angie's List deal to have them cleaned out at a reduced price...which seemed to be in line with other offers I had seen. EverClean called me the next day, and we set up an appointment for the following day. A young man showed up at the appointed time, introduced himself, and set to work. It took him about an hour. When he was done, he re-contacted me, and explained what he found that was causing the problem. I signed off on the paperwork, and that was that. Piece-a-cake...!

Very professional and job well done. I would have Everclean come out twice a year to keep my windows sparkling.

They came during the latter part of the day. I think it was late evening and I could not see what they were doing. They called up to say they would be late and I would use them again for their pricing.

Dan called earlier in the week and rescheduled the appointment due to a forecasted snowstorm the day before the appointment. The day of the appointment, he arrived 1/2 hour early, and cleaned the windows inside and out and the screens. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to complete the job, but he explained he has been doing this for 6 years, so he knows how to efficiently approach windows in different configurations. I am pleased with the results, and will use Everclean in the future.
