They did a job that no other roofing company would do. They were good at calling us when they weren't able to come out due to the snow and they also had no problems with working on another area of our roof that needed work. We have not had any further problems at all.

The initial appointment was canceled because they said it was snowing, it was not snowing at my home. We then set up an appointment for today, they called to cancel again because of a rainstorm, and there is no rain at my house. I now have to call another company.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jim also called a few days later to see how things were going and to be sure more damage had not occurred. I will be calling him as soon as the roof is clear and dry to have him make any repairs as necessary. By the way, he did not charge for his first visit, despite it being horrible weather, a weekend, and the day before Christmas Eve. This company is a find!

Jim Hayes and Steve McVay completed the job on time, used high quality materials, cleaned up very well and were professionals in every sense of the word. In addition, the were less than $100 over the lowest of the three quotes I obtained (all from contractors on the Angie's List site) and $480 lower than the highest price. When I mentioned the prices to them, they matched the lower price, which was a bonus as I would have paid their original price without hesitation. I will not only do business with them again, I gave them permission to use me as a reference.
