Went great. There was a little miscommunication regarding the cleaning of one room - they were out the next day to take care of it!

They had a slot available the day I needed them and they came in the morning. They were very professional and very prompt. They were able to get out a stain in one of the rooms that I was not able to. I was very, very satisfied with them. I would use them again.

SteamPro had a great coupon special in the Denver Post.  I called at least a half dozen companies for quotes on duct cleaning and they were by far the least expensive.  When scheduling the appointment they gave me a two hour window when the technician would arrive.  On the appointment day, Alan the tech called me right at the beginning of the window and told me I could expect him in a half hour.  He showed up when he said he would and was friendly, courteous and professional.  He explained how he would clean my system and counted all the vents before starting, so I knew exactly how much it was going to cost.  There was no nickle and diming, up-selling, or haggling and I was surprised when the amount came out to be less than what I was expecting.  It seems the tech took his time and did a thorough job.  He also answered all my questions in satisfactory manner.  The only thing that wasn't perfect, was he forgot to reattach a couple of vent registers before he left so I took off 1 letter grade for quality.  Overall, I am pleased with the service and quality of work I received from SteamPro.

I had called for carpet cleaning, and they came out and provided the service the same day!  Did a great job.  Even left a nice diamond-like pattern on the carpet where the carpet had been cleaned (nice touch!).  Looked great when it dried.  The employee worked extremely hard and was courteous.  We were extremely pleased with the work and will use this company in the future.

They were okay. They carpets weren?t as clean as I would have liked them, but they did dry out quickly than normal places. It did cost a little extra, but we were able to walk on the carpets sooner.

They were very professional and fast. They really did a good job. My carpets were in poor shape, and they look as good as new.

We were satisfied because the guy informed us on every step he was taking during the course of the cleaning. He helped us move some furniture and helped move it back. After two hours of waiting we were able to walk on it.

I would never hire Steam Pro Again. My husband should have watched what they were doing. When you clean a carpet, you are supposed to move the furniture, which they did not do. What a waste of money they were. I will avoid them in the future. It was plain awful. The stains even came back three days after they were done cleaning them.

The guy showed up late. Screwed around talking to my husband about the company that we own, stating that he should quit carpet cleaning and get into the business we are in. He cleaned our carpets in about 10 minutes, which means he was not very thorough. The carpets looked exactly the same when he finished as when he started. Plus they took forever to dry.

A case of you get what you paid for. Very inexpensive price, since they would do my ductwork in the same job. Said that the carpet would be dry within a day. Afterwards, said it would be 48 hours. Also, was told not to move anything, their technicians would do all the moving. The one person that worked on the carpet told me to move the items in each room or he would just steam around them. A couple of the major stains could not be cleaned.
