Great Job!
Description of Work: Everything was completed in a very professional manner with no loud music, smoking or other trash most workers leave in your yard. Everything was picked and cleaned up on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Extreme hail damage in the area called for almost every roof in the area to be replaced. We had a bid in on the house at the time and the owner had the roof replaced using Excell. Once on and after we closed, Duane noticed that there was a dye lot difference in some of the shingles. He contacted the manufacturer and we again had a new roof put on with us as the new owners. When we had concerns he was always readily available to drop by and answer our questions or call. He did many of the roofs in this subdivision and I have not heard any complaints. We would definitely use him again.

GREAT!!!!!!!
Description of Work: My sons were told that Farmers Ins. required them to repair the roof on their home or the policy would be canceled. I called Excel Roofing to come out. They professional, courteous, absolutely on time. There had been an inspection three months before, when the house was purchased & the roof had been deemed in good shape. On short notice Excel came out to make any repairs needed. On checking the roof I was told that there was nothing wrong with the roof. The person sent was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He also declined payment for his time. This is a company that I will always use on any future projects

Description of Work: Excellent in every regard!!! Re-did entire roof on 100 year old Victorian House--very steep and complicated job....Gardens and trees made it even harder.They did way more work making everything near perfect, than anyone could expect!!!This was an insurance job---State Farm was excellent,also.

Entire process worked well. Eric Anzelius responded quickly and provided requested info and quote. Work was delayed a few days due to delays on other jobs, but once started was done quickly. We had to point out some missed trim strips which were then added. Finishing touches were well done and clean up was very good. Skylight was broken but replaced without cost to us and credit was easily negotiated to price for the trouble.
Description of Work: Removed old roof, installed new roof and cleaned up. Replaced a sky light which was broken during the roof installation.

Very pleased with the work done and the look of the new roof. Everything was spelled out in detail beforehand, the workers were efficient and neat. The crew leader made a point to keep us informed of changes in the schedule or unforeseen situations, such as decking that needed to be replaced. Lots of roofs were damaged in this storm, but the company was right on top of the paperwork with the city, and strove to finish on schedule. Scott Holman was a pleasure to work with.

Work was done reasonably fast, but workers were not neat they left lots of cigarettes in the yard. Workmanship was fair. Job boss was attentive and tried to please.

COMPANY SPOKE ABOUT THEIR GREAT CLEAN UP & WORKMANSHIP. THEY FAILED IN BOTH ASPECTS. THEY LEFT BEHIND A MESS EVERY DAY & WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK OUT TO FIX A FEW PROBLEMS.

EXCEL ROOFING WAS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY NOT ONLY DID EXCELLENT WORK BUT ONLY REQUIRED PAYMENT AFTER THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AND I WAS SATISFIED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, COMPLETED THE JOB ON TIME, AND DID A QUALITY JOB. SO MUCH SO, I WROTE THEM A LETTER OF APPRECIATION.
