Everything Hot Tubz

This guy was awesome, hot tub needed pieces, he had it troubleshooted and repairs within 2 hours, and showed me an amazingly fast way to drain the tub, going forward. Really happy to use them.

We purchased both a hot tub and swim spa from Everything Hot Tubz. One of the owners, Armando, came to our home and did a site visit and made great recommendations prior to our patio construction which resulted in a better configuration than our original design. We purchased during the Pandemic so the wait was long but not unexpected and was as estimated when we placed the order. We purchased an American Whirlpool ML-4 Swim Spa and a Vita Riviera Hot tub. On the Swim Spa we had some leak issues due to the shipping which was not the fault of Everything hot Tubz and they were prompt and skilled in doing the repairs. We have used both spas almost daily for over two years, including the Winters, with no issues. I highly recommend both Vita and American Whirlpool products over higher priced big name brands. Ed, the other owner has been responsive to concerns and helpful. More important to get a good dealer than a big name spa and Everything Hot Tubz is a reliable and honest dealer.

I had two other companies come out before Jeff came out to evaluate and work on my hot tub. Neither previous companies had any idea how to check out computer systems, and electronic components. Everything Hot Tubz is a class act and they do what they say they are going to do and on time. They communicated often by phone and gave estimates before the work. They are a fantastic company and will use them for now on. Thank you home advisior jfor sending them my way.

The technician was able to fix our 35 year old hot tub to working order, even better than it had been working before.

I contacted Everything Hot Tubz to have them come out and give me a quote for repair. I WOULD have hired Ed based solely on his customer service and friendliness. I did not hire him, though, because he was able to help us repair our tub with just a suggestion over the phone. If I ever need service again, I will be contacting Everything Hot Tubz.

They have yet to install my hot tub. They are great at responding to text and calling or visiting the store. I will have to wait for the final project to let you know the rest of the story...

I was very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the work. I had a hot tub cover lifter installed. The drained the tub and had to life the tub off the ground to install the lifter and this was done in an hour. I paid 150.00 which was the hourly rate.
