They installed my new furnace incorrectly 4 1/2 years ago and today I learned the igniter unit was misaligned and burned a hole in the heat exchanger. I have no warranty because Brendon sold the company Oct 1, 2021 with no warranty transferable. Nightmare.

Wanted $560 to replace a $11.35 high limit switch. There are only two screws to remove. Did not get the repair done. I just tapped on the limit switch and it started working. Anyhow I replaced the switch myself with an OEM part for $11.35. You be the judge.

They do great work

They installed a furnace without my permission while I was at work. I was very clear when I said: All or nothing. I provided them with a tankless water heater that was supposed to be installed at the same time as the furnace. Their technician said there would be no problems installing the tankless water heater and the furnace same day. I came home from work and the tankless water heater was sitting on the floor in my garage. Once the furnace was installed, they did not answer any of my calls. The technicians came today to install the water heater for 40 minutes, told my roommates they were going to Home Depot and never came back. I called at 3 pm to find out what was going on. The manager told me he would not uninstall the furnace and bring my old one back. He also said I would have to spend 20 thousand dollars in renovations in order to get the tankless water heater installed. Now they want me to pay $5,300.00 on the furnace I did not agree on. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
