Very well. The drain cleaning crew was unable to clear the bathroom sink. Another plumber was called to reconfigure the drain line under the sink to allow the snake to clear the obstruction. He did this in a timely and efficient manner with minimal disturbance, although he had to cut into the wall beneath the sink to access the blocked line. Overall I was very satisfied with the work performed.

The plumber got to our house (actually he parked across the street and got on the phone for a lengthy talk. I knocked on truck door and he then got with it and it seems his quality was good. However he also demanded to check our water pressure and when I asked what for he said so we can sell you a pressure control valve. It took him nearly a half hour to get the paper work completed - he milked the job and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Work went well. Other companies I called wouldn't believe that it was the wax seal - others wanted to do trouble-shooting at additional cost. Bill Smith Plumbing came and started with the most likely cause and solved our problem.

Arrived on time and replaced gas water heater. Although new water heater was a little too big for the old drip pan, they were able to modify it at no extra cost.

Initial guy they sent wasn't familiar with the replacement parts - they sent an expert same day and he was able to install them - working perfect since then!

Great, honest service man and also can very close to over the phone quote for service.

It was very easy to schedule repair, they were thorough in asking questions before hand which alleviated problems and saved time on the day of the repair. 2 Service people showed up in allotted time frame, they diagnosed and found leak quickly and were able to perform repairs on the the spot.  They accidentally dropped a screwdriver and chipped my tub, they informed me of the problem, the office contacted me a few days later to set up a time to schedule a chip repair.  I appreciate their honestly and the repair was free of charge.  From start to finish I had a good experience, the shower is no longer dripping into the condo units below me, they left the work area clean and were very friendly and professional.  I would highly recommend Bill Smith Plumbing, they were wonderful to work with.

They were punctual, polite and they cleaned up all the mess that was made. He asked the appropriate questions when needed.

TToilet water was overflowing from second floor to room below. Bill Smith arrived within 30-minutes of our call and immediately began investigating the problem. Found that the drainage pipe was clogged 10 feet from the toilet. Removed toilet and snaked the line through to main. The technician, Cameron, was very polite and did an excellent job explaining what caused the problem.

Problem is now corrected. We have used this outfit twice in the last six months and will definitely use them again.

Technician was late for a 2 pm appointment arriving at 3:15. He said he did not have enough time to install humidifier and felt office had booked too short a time. Tech. had an attitude and did not want to install humidifier with sensor outside. Lots of excuses not to install sensor. Ultimately, the humidifier would not fit on our small cold air return (too big). So we ordered parts to repair current humidifier. Trip charge is $60 just to come out then paid $90 for 45 minutes of complaining. For anyone facing a humidifier replacement, consider the cost to get a new solynoid ($70) and maybe $100 to install. Would not use them again. Going with Mr. C plumbing or O'Connor because have had GREAT SERVICE FROM THEM. Coupon was a scam in my opinion.

They could not do the HVAC work in time for closing. Today is Monday and I needed the work done this week. They were not available until Wednesday of the following week.I asked about the plumbing work and they could do that this week. They wanted $60 for the trip charge and $120 an hour for service time. All I need is a 12and quot; piece of copper pipe soldered onto a hot water heater drain, two bolts tightened on a toilet and a confirmation that a sink was not leaking any more. The person on the phone told me that it would be at least $400-500. I could probably do it all in 15 minutes.I declined their offer and will keep looking.
