Very happy with work preformed. Dave arrived on time, was pleasant, and got to work. He analyzed the incomplete work done by a previous plumber regarding the shower/tub faucet and replaced one minor inexpensive part that was the cause of the problem. The other plumbing issue was easily preformed. A Perfect Plumber is now our go to plumber and we highly recommend them.

Everything worked out. These are now my go-to plumbers for any problems I have.

Excellent. Dave did an excellent job and recommended some other minor changes to the drain pipes under the sink, which he did at a very fair price. He was friendly, easy to work with, provided great suggestions and input. We highly recommend A Perfect Plumber and will use again!

Very well. Some investigative work was necessary but the source of the leak was found and the matter corrected. Just today there was a follow up to re-instate the water to a repaired dishwasher.

Excellent from the beginning. This is my second time using A Perfect Plumber, and Dennis has been the plumber both times. They are closed on the weekends when I called, but they called me first thing Monday morning and got me scheduled for the same week. Their office workers are really nice, too! Dennis showed up on time and got the work done professionally and quickly and for less than his verbal estimate. I'll use A Perfect Plumber again for sure! Great, great experience.

I called this company after looking up on Angie's List and seeing positive reviews. The customer service from the beginning has been great. I appreciated the nice lady on the phone who scheduled us for a week later. We rec'd a confirmation call on Friday before the Monday appointment. (that was a good sign that the person would show up) Dennis, the plumber, called to let me know he was on his way, came on time, evaluated and estimated the project which I agreed to and then he got to work immediately. He worked non stop. This house was built in 1956, we have lived here 27 yrs and no plumbing under the sink had been done in our years so this was old stuff he was working with. I was so happy that things went well and the job was completed. He was a very nice man, friendly but not overly talkative, professional and cleaned up his mess very well. I am so thankful for the job well done and will certainly recommend to others as well as call back when I need a plumber.

The service was excellent and the price was even better

My sprinkler company neglected to turn off one valve in my front yard in their "winterization" service. This caused water to freeze the burst a pipe in my front yard.
I could not get the leak under control.
A Perfect Plumber had a person out to my house quickly and within 5 minutes of arriving he figured out that the sprinkler valve was left open.
I assumed I would be charged a lot for the call but he charged me less than my water district was going to charge just to come shut off the water to my property.

The approximate date of service was in January and the approximate cost of service is $286.  We have them come out twice for different things.  The last time they were here was in January.  We have them put in a new shut-off valve.  They replaced the shut-off valve.  He also checks a couple of other small issues that we have on the washing machine and one with the faucets.  I think he did a couple of things.  He did replace the valve that needed to be replaced.  What the lawn guy had told us to do was temporarily until we could get a plumber he had to put a hose and run into the floor drain in the garage and let it leak but instead of leaking and filling the sprinkler system that was leaking into the drain in the basement so that it solve the problem until we get it fixed.  He did a faucet repair and he fixed the leaking valve behind the washing machine.  I like them very much.

The price included installation and labor. It was a pretty good price because I checked around with a few of them. They were really great. They were personable and they explained what they were doing. They did a good job and I would definitely recommend them. They were on time and did what they said they were going to do.

Prompt response. Other well-known plumbing company  that listed "emergency services" couldn't fit us in until after their regular appointments so I am unsure why they are able to advertise emergency services!  
This company responded promptly and sent someone that day.  We were happy with the response and also with the work installing a new faucet. The work was straightforward and done well (at least it appears that way two months later). 
We did not get other "bids" so cannot really judge price of work but it covered two different trips  to the house, the identifying of the problem and removal of old faucet and installation of new faucet.

I called for an estimate & was given a very reasonable price & a possible service date. We agreed on a date & time & Tom called a head & showed up when he said he would. He had all the tools & skills to do a super great job, was friendly, knowledgeable,got to work & got it done & cleaned up after himself. I really feel like I got an honest, trustworthy company & service provider, with no gimmicks, shortcuts or any one trying to take advantage of me. VERY refreshing. Thank you so much Angie's List.

I phoned this plumber from the list in Angies due to general location of the business. Since it was a leak but not emergency Chris took the time to find the best price he could on the appliance we needed to replace. He was so pleasant throughout. After the work was done, the price was even less than I thought I'd agreed to. He had gone the extra mile to find an even better deal. Now that is honesty. This is a person who understands the value of customer service in addition to having the right skills. Will definitely call again next time we need any plumbing work.

My water heater was leaking.  I called them.  They came by first thing the next morning, at the agreed upon time and set about to work.  They were professional all the way through.  The work was done in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable cost.

Everything went fine. Dave took his time to make sure the hole in our exterior was as neat as possible, and his interior plumbing work was also quite good.

Did a great job. Arrived on time gave me the estimated cost and did a good professional job. They charge $29.00 trip charge and giving estimate. It was up to me to decide if I accepted the estimate. I highly recommend this company!

My sewer had backed up and I had a horrible mess all over my basement. I called around and received outrageous quotes. One guy wanted $400! My daughter recommended that I call A Perfect Plumber. Chris quoted me $154 over the phone. It sounded too good to be true, but it was't. When he arrived, he was a very nice, clean, young gentleman. His partner was also very nice and professional. They fixed the problem quickly and were very courteous and neat. There weren't any hidden suprise charges. I definitely recommend A Perfect Plumber! They were Perfect!
