It is rare these days to find a really good contractor. But I must give 1st Priority the highest possible rating. Everything, and I mean everything, was excellent. All the credits goes to Vadym my point of contact from the beginning. From the initial inspection, to the project planning, to coordination with the insurance company, to open communications with the home owner, to project execution, to clean up, and to a final walkthrough. Thanks to Vadym for all the perfect planning, reaching out to insurance with all the things that were needed and executing the project in timely fashion. Perfection is the best description. Working with 1st priority especially Vadym aws an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and courteous through out the process. They completed the job on time and within budget, and the quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend 1st Priority roofing for all the roofing needs.

My Claim started a little rocky due to material Shortages, But at the end of the day 1st Priority Rooding served me very well and helped me get the shingles colors that I wanted! Highly Recommended Vadym with 1st Priority, Very Professional and helped me through the entire process!

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great

Review of First Priority for roofing and siding contract. In July 2019, I contracted with 1st Priority to estimate and complete a siding contract. 1st Priority provided a detailed estimate, also recommended I submit a claim to insurance to replace my roof due to extensive hail damage. As it turned out my roof needed a complete replacement including the decking. 1st Priority, working directly with the insurance company, coordinated the additional coverage. I was working with Kevin Lowther as the agent for 1st Priority. Halfway through the project Kevin disappeared and I had to coordinate directly with the Project Manager. For the most part, the roof replacement went smooth. 1st Priority coordinated directly with my insurance company and negotiated for all additional repairs not in the original roofing estimate. However, there was a small issue with the roof resulting in delayed approval. The roof completion did not occur until the end of the project, (Including Siding) before final approval for the roof. The significant delays started when Chad, the project manager, was coordinating with an asbestos abatement and siding removal company. I paid the $500.00 fee directly to the abatement company for Asbestos testing. Then I signed a contract that required the abatement company to initiate work within two weeks of signing that contract. It was partly the fault of the abatement company as they misplaced the paperwork, however, Chad did not follow up with the abatement company, until I asked for a start date. When Chad contacted the company, the paperwork had expired, resulting in a six-week delay to start my siding project. Once settled, the abatement company removed the siding and 1st Priority sent a team to install insulation and house wrap. When this work was completed, 1st Priority received a cease work order from the city of Manitou Springs because the materials I selected were not approved by Manitou Springs historic committee. (Kevin told me that all permits were pulled, and everything was approved.) Another Project Management mistake, not following up to ensure all permits were issued. This caused yet another delay on the siding project. When 1st Priority finally got approval to move forward, they did not have a crew immediately available. This resulted in further delay. The original scheduled completion was supposed to be October 2019, the final walkthrough occurred the end of January 2020 three months after promised completion. Issues that occurred during construction: 1. Materials left on sight for long periods after completion of projects. 2. Nails left in the road in front of the house. (Part of the daily cleanup agreement with 1st Priority) 3. Daily cleanup not completed to my or my tenantâ s satisfaction. 4. Requested removal of materials stored on the street and no longer required for the job took more than two weeks to coordinate. 5. Multiple delays due to poor coordination by the project manager but were left to the last minute causing unnecessary delays. 6. Requested the Project Manager provide a Project Schedule with timeline on several occasions and the never received one. The work once completed was satisfactory, however the process was extremely stressful and took way longer than necessary.

Excellent Service, kindness, and complete respect for the customer, Me. They were persistent in referring to as CSM, not my name, out of respect for who I am. Besides USAA, I have never experienced that before. Chad Williams, who was my primary care taker for fixing our roof with other damages, took complete care of my needs and answered any questions I had. They even gave me a Military discount, big help on that one. 1ST Priority, totally recommend because I know that Hail will come again!!! Thanks for the great experience without any Headaches. Derek

This was my third time using 1st priority roofing. Their customer service is truly fantastic. Silvia from the home office is fantastic and very sweet. She assisted in ensuring all items were completed and coordinate with the project manager. My roof is fairly complex and there were some issues which needed to be address but everything was taken care of. Chad was my initial point of contact and he was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products available. Jonathan started as the project manager and moved to another company. Jonathan was outstanding and worked very hard to make everything right. He took me up in the roof and explained the various aspects of the work.i would how then again.

Outstanding workmanship. Great price. I had my whole house painted inside and out. Wonderful company to work with. Top quality all round.

They were good didn't rehang curtains and messed up butcher block counters

I really didn't know how to get started with the insurance company to see what they would cover. Our rep, Chad, was super knowledgeable about the insurance and made the whole process understandable and quick. The installers were on time, courteous and very skilled. It is a joy to drive up to my house and see the high quality of my new roof.

I had four different roofers come out to bid. They were by far the most knowledgeable and were the second cheapest. I got my quote before the hailstorm, we needed a new roof anyway and they kept the price the same and did very timely work on the job. Dealt with Mark Auman and was very happy.

They hired a painter that runs a tire shop as his primary business and does painting as a side job. The job took over a week to get the external trim that needed replacing and external painting done. The crew was two guys and they stomped all over the plants in the front garden. When this was brought up to the project manager, his response was "I will talk to them about it". nothing about replanting my plants or a $$ amount to replace them. The old gutters were not removed prior to the roof being done so when they were removed by the gutter crew (the last part of the job) they had to cut notches in the drip edge to get the old gutter off and there is exposed wood of the eve all round the house. I have been fighting with them for 4 months to get this repaired. At least 4 times the roofer told them he had repaired the drip edge and this was never done. I have pictures of the sloppy work on the drip edge. I would not recommend this company to cut grass.

They were great in the work, very professional and did a great job. They were very good men and we were very pleased with their work.
