It went absolutely FANTASTIC! Quick service, attentive technician who was also very polite and loved the fact that it really is quick drying! Will use this company again!

The results is good. The service agent was nice and easy to work with. Be aware that the $99 is for basic cleaning on. Anything on top of that, including the pets stain removal, needs extra charge.

It was hard to provide the information and get a reasonable estimate through the online service. Once the man came to work and went over the areas the price doubled. I understood some of it but found some of the extras (like pet cleanup) to be pricey. Don't be fooled by their initial offer. It felt like a bait and switch. HOWEVER - I am extremely happy with the results. My carpet feels so much cleaner than when I've used another service (who shall remain nameless) and doesn't seem to have that residue. I will likely use Zerorez again keeping in mind the actual cost.

He was the best technician they have sent out to me. Thorough, careful with my house, wore shoe covers, etc.

Increasing frustrating to work with ZeroRez. They do good work, but we never know what they're ultimately going to charge each time they come out, and it's always an upsell situation. They're pricing model leaves a lot to be desired from a consistency standpoint. My wife called to try and straighten things out and two "managers" gave her a hard time - kept her speaker when she asked not to be, and cut her off on a regular basis. Join us in the 20th centruy, perhaps and get an app for you crews with which they can enter square footages of the house, room by room. Then it only has to be done once. Everytime you come back, you and I both know exactly what each room will cost. Intergrate this will your billing system and your home free. Send me an email and pay with a card while the tech is still on site, nice and clean.

Great! Our technician was punctual and professional and was able to get stains out that he didn't think would be able to be cleaned. It was a little more expensive then we hoped to pay but overall, very good!

I am very satisfied with the results. The technician was helpful, professional and diligent in providing the service. Carpets had pet damage and turned out great. The sofas were stained by grandkids and the look almost new.

We've used Zerorez before and as before all went well. There is a fair amount of add-on "options" (read upselling). They were presented with justifications, but if you don't like this approach be ready to say no thank you a few times. One issue that bothered me both times is the option of cleaning our couch was as much as all of the carpets combined. Apparently, this is a more involved process, but $350 for the couch seemed excessive

Great company to work with.  Every employee from estimate to completion was professional and cordial.  Pricing was competitive, and the job was done to high quality standards.  Would recommend to everyone.

We were scheduled for the last appointment of the day and the previous appointment ran late. They kept calling to update us on timing, which was very appreciated and gave us the option of rescheduling. Mark ended up arriving about an hour later than the appointment window. He had a great attitude despite it being late and our carpets look better than I expected. I will request Mark next time we get our carpets cleaned.

The carpet cleaning was done well and I felt priced well. They then sold their upholstery cleaning services to my spouse, she felt pressured and said yes. Afterwards, she showed me the invoice and I felt that the price was completely out of line. It felt to me as almost a bait-and-switch kind of deal. As in, they'd do the carpet cleaning cheap and make up the rest on upholstery. I called the owner and complained and after some civil discussion ultimately felt that he was unresponsive to my concerns. He espouses an "I want delighted customers" sales pitch. So when I was not "delighted" he essentially said sorry, but I don't want your business. (in not so many words). He did offer some future compensation but I did not feel that it was in any way close to the value I should have received. Thus, I went away unhappy and he just moved on. I would say that he was not rude, or unwilling to listen. He just wasnt very helpful. I would not have even bothered to post this but learned from Angie's List that he listed me as a former customer (through a phone solicitation).

It was very easy to schedule the appointment. They followed up with a e-mail confirmation and called the day before to remind us of the appointment. They called the day of the appointment informing us they where running ahead of schedule and could they come early. YES We were very please to have the job done before 3 PM. It looked and smelled wonderful. Great job.
