The service was good

Slightly disappointed that the carpets felt a little crunchy after they'd dried and comparing the shower tile cleaning with a friend who had it done by another vendor, it could have been a little better. Also, when comparing to other companies, I thought the shower clean would be the whole shower (some companies actually will clean the glass too) but when the tech arrived on site, he said he would only be able to clean the grout. Prompt response, punctual, Small note: Slightly pushy sales tactics that I didn't like; I never actually submitted the appointment form online, I started it, but didn't complete and submit because I had some questions to discuss with spouse, however their online system must collect the personal data anyway because I got a phone call within 24 hours. The main reason I wouldn't hire again is I'd rather support a small business in the future. I gave the bigger business a chance due to radio promotions.

They placed Styrofoam blocks under all of the heavy furniture to ensure it stayed dry. They were very pleasant to have in the home and we felt very comfortable with them. 

They did a good job. They went up and beyond.

We really like them, we've used them every time for cleaning our carpet and our tiles.

I think they're very good cause we've had them every time we've needed someone, I'd say they've done a good job A. And their people are professional and what I like about is it's environmentally safe so things don't sud up and  it's one reason we took them. Environmentally friendly maybe is the word I don't know.

Fine, we were very much impressed with the service. We had our rugs cleaned by Zerorez last year but they didn't do a good job. This year was different, they were great.

everything went great

After they were done, the carpet felt brand new. It dried quickly and there as no smell at all. We were accidentally overcharged but that was understandable. I wasn't here for the cleaning and my husband didn't know I had purchased the Angie's list deal so we were overcharged by 99. I called their customer service and it was refunded within a week.
