Everything went great! Communication was great, installation was done quickly and the team cleaned everything up when they were done. The windows we chose weren't quite as high quality as Pella or Champion, but for the price we thought they were a much better bang for our buck.

The entire process was great. Jessica, Brandon, Jesse and his crew made the entire process much easier than I ever imagined. From our first contact with Jessica, along with several changes by us on the style of windows, Brandon's appointment to take exact measurements, and Jesse and his crews installation were timely and as scheduled. Can't say enough about Jesse and his crews installation. They arrived at the scheduled time, and it was amazing to watch how efficient they worked as a team. When they were done everything was clean, including my washed new windows

Brandon came out to measure my windows and then Jess and his crew returned February 7th to install them. Everyone, Brandon, Jessica in the office, and Jess and his crew were nothing less than professional. My interior and exterior trims were complete, all areas were cleaned spotless and I was treated as a valued customer. I no longer have to feel a breeze coming thru my old, cheap, worn out windows. I would highly recommend Zen Windows to anyone who is looking at window replacement.

Very impressed with the attention to detail from the time of first contact, through measuring, ordering, window shipment, and installation. With a 4 month old baby in the house and a February installation, they installed so quickly and with little interruption. All of our wood floors were properly protected from traffic, furniture protected, and they cleaned up very well after all their work. We will be using them for our remaining windows in a heartbeat! Brandon was great! He was efficient, cleaned up after himself, and was very pleasant to deal with. We had an issue with two of the windows have moisture in them. Brandon kept in constant communication with us as he had to go back to the window manufacturer to order new windows and reinstall them. I would highly recommend Brandon to anyone needing window installation.

The crew was very professional and fast. They did a great job cleaning up as they went and they had 6 guys here to do 4 windows so they were done in an hour and a half. The price was half what our other quote was and we will be using Zen windows again in the future.

Zen Windows were incredible. Everyone: Jessica, Brandon, Jesse and his crew, were professional, courteous and responsive. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough about Jesse and his crew ('soldiers'). Their teamwork was masterful. They cleaned up after themselves like a mother's dream. They were conscientious of completing the job correctly and to our satisfaction. I could go on but I will refrain. We are very happy with our Nirvana windows and so very thankful to Zen Windows. They are doing it right!

Good...only criticism is they performed a virtual appraisal of cost and stated that they're quite accurate but there was a $2000 increase when they physically came to measure windows from initial virtual appraisal. But their promptness and professionalism was great!

Zen Windows did a fantastic job from start to finish. We worked with Brandon and Jessica throughout the process. They walk us through the visit to gather the exact measurements for the windows, how long long it would take to order and receive the windows and finally the actually installation process. Everything worked as promised. On the day of the installation the workers arrived on time and were finished in a matter of a few hours. The job site was cleaned and all debris were taken away. When I had a problem with one of the window getting it to close completely, Brandon promptly came out and made a small adjustment to window and got it to work perfectly. What I thought was interesting about this visit of Brandon's was that he also filmed his adjustment to the window. He said it was a way of educating his employees on unique issues they may encounter and how to properly fix these problems. Very commendable. I would highly recommend Zen Windows.

Working with Zen Windows was fantastic. They gave a fair price without any gimmicks and installed the windows when they said they would and very quickly I will add. The windows are great! My best home improvement contractor experience to date.

Everything went great until I noticed after the install crew left that they hadn't caulked in the top of all the windows. This is what happens when the install crew tries to take out and install 30 plus windows in 1 day. When the crew came back to fix, they tried to tell us it wouldn't matter if the top of the windows were caulk in?? We ended up having to go around with them and make sure they did caulk around the whole window. Including going up 2 stories on a ladder to check.

There were a couple hiccups in the process, but Brandon (The owner) has worked hard throughout our process to make sure everything is right and that I am happy and satisfied. I would say that, although nobody is ever happy about unexpected issues arising, the level of customer service Brandon has provided has only increased my satisfaction and confidence.

They did a great job -- cheaper (or as cheap) as if I had ordered windows from Home Depot and then tried to find some handyman to install them. Clearly, their installers had installed tons of windows and were total pros.

Installation went very well. Very efficient, polite installers. The crew as respectful, cleaned up after the work was complete. The only area I wish was better was that the owner didn't follow up with me until I sent an email requesting info on the permits and resolving an installation issue

It went very well. One window was broken and it was replaced quickly at no cost. On window had a bad part. The part was ordered and replaced quickly. I love the windows. I am going to have the rest of my windows replaced as soon as I can. The owner and staff were helpful and pleasant to work with. Thank you Zen Windows.

It went great. Scheduling was easy, and the workers arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. I also received updates on the status of the order, so I felt informed. The final product has been great. The windows work very well and look good. SO happy.
