+ -1 moreHe had me sign a contract, without me knowing it was a contract. I was under the impression that was just to get him in contact with my insurance company. I have also found out that he has been arrested numerous times for things such as no insurance and violence. Fortunately, the contract was contingent. However, the way he came at me with this contract was very unsettling. The way he presented it, it made me feel as though I had to sign it.
Description of Work: He came to my house and told me he could get me a new roof.
