My experience with wisdom has been nothing but good from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor in Colorado.

Jason was great with the selling of our house. It was listed on a Friday and sold that Monday for more than list price. He even put us intouch with a great buying agent from Wisdom that found us the house we were looking for quickly. Will definitely recommend Jason K. and Wisdom realty to everyone.

Julie will always be my go to realtor!.....Her Professionalism is Utopia!. Additionally, Julie listens to your thoughts, dreams and desires. I have never felt so comfortable to discuss anything with a realtor as I have with Julie. Julie's listening skills are just one part of what a great communicator she is. In short, you feel safe. After all said and done, I feel I have gained a great business associate and a great friend! Wisdom is a an excellent company made up of great staff members. Julie leads the group carrying the Wisdom flag!

Dan Wisdom is a joy to work with! He listened to what I was looking for and was patient with my never-ending questions. I never once felt like he was just trying to sell me a home. He didn't give up until we found just what I was looking for and was steadfast in that I wasn't paying a penny more than the home was worth. This day in age in Denver you really need a realtor to make your offer stand out, Dan and his team at Wisdom Real Estate did just that. I highly recommend them for all your home buying and selling needs!

Great! Morgan Nutting was a superhero real estate agent for me and my family. She stuck with me for 2 years while my office contemplated a move to Boulder, and then helped us get the house we wanted after a marathon weekend of house hunting. Throughout it all she was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Any time she didn't know the answer to a question, she researched and dug until she could answer it with 100% certainty. She fought for us like crazy during the inspection phase of escrow (great negotiation skills!) and continued to be on point until we got the keys and even beyond. She met inspectors while we were still in another state and even inspected the house when the owners departed. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent. Highly recommended!

We had a positive experience with Wisdom Real Estate Agent, Morgan Nutting. She was very responsive, thorough and professional. We were moving from out of state and we had a relationship with her via email for two years before buying our home. She was willing to meet inspectors for us in our absence and take care of things that we were not available to do. Morgan went above and beyond for us. It was a pleasure working with her and I would highly recommend her

I’m a naturally skeptical person, especially about the real estate market. Nevertheless, I was sufficiently clueless about home buying that I chose to work with an agent. I went along despite suspicions that the reviews sounded too good to be true. I was won over pretty quickly by the competence and kindness I was shown. Mostly though, I got the strong sense that she was working to get me something I’d be happy with for the best possible price. She was quite responsive and patient with talking me through the reams of paperwork. The times she said we’d probably get out-bid, we did. In the end she talked us down a bit, and saved us a heap. In short I was quite pleased with my experience.

Kama is amazing to work with! She is kind friendly and very flexible and answers questions I didn't even know I had! I'd recommend her to everyone, she has a been a blessing in this process.

Erik got my name from my uncle who he worked with earlier in the year, and made the contact to me. My work was moving me to the Denver area, and we were looking to buy a house for the first time. We really didn't know what we were doing. He was great (probably an understatement). First on the phone before meeting he answered many questions. Then when I got the time from work to go find a house he already had a plan given the short time we had to look (2 1/2 days to find a house). We looked at something like 17 houses in the metro area in about 21 hours all together. We found the one we wanted and he took us through the whole experience with such ease we couldn't believe it. We lived in Denver for only 3 months before a transfer came again. Now we had to sell our house and fast. Called Erik and he was all about us and getting us what we needed. We had a couple problems (dog taking out the deck). He had the contacts that were good priced as well as fast and quality work. He sold our home within hours of it hitting the market, and got us more then we imagined. Best of all both times working with Erik he made us feel like we were the most important people. Always got back to us when we had a question no matter how stupid it was. I will tell everyone I know that is buying or selling in the Denver area to use Erik there is not a better Realtor out there.

As first time home buyers, we were so impressed by Jeremy's ability to "get the job done" in this tough market. He really knew what it would take to get a winning bid and guide us through the entire process. He was there to answer our many questions and we couldnt be happier with our new home, thanks Jeremy!

Scott Burke and Wisdom Real Estate were a real pleasure to interact with. Scott was very professional, answered calls or returned them very quickly, and never hesitated to get clarification or more details on any requested issue. He really made the whole process a lot easier and more comfortable that it would have been otherwise. We closed on a property with a lot of competitive offers in less than 20 days from showing to close. Despite the very fast timeline, he was thorough and prepared at every step. I recommend Scott Burke and Wisdom Real Estate without hesitation.

Fantastic! I have no complaints at all for Jason and his team. He is a very on-point go-getter who provided me with the best experience I could have hoped for. He was tenacious with my requests and not pushy at all. The man knows his stuff, and it shows. I am very happy with my purchase and will be using him again for future purchases and sales.

As smoothly and easy as I could imagine any home buying experience. I am super anal retentive and hard to work with. And, our apartment lease was expiring in an extremely short amount of time. Kama was fantastic. She delivered exactly what I needed and got us the house I really wanted with 3 days to spare. Definitely recommend!!

An aspect I consider to be paramount in a realtor is responsiveness. Home buying can be a stressful and difficult time; there are so many variations in builds, neighborhoods, schools, commute to work, yards, you name it! As you go through and decide, then change your mind, then change your mind again, you need a realtor who can roll with all of your flusters. Morgan is so fast at returning emails no matter the time of day. Morgan could meet me at any time that worked with my schedule, often packing in 4 or 5 homes in the same block of time. I was on a tight schedule with work and she was able to make it so that I could see as many homes as I wanted as quickly as possible. This way, I could have the edge I needed in such a competitive market as Denver.

Wisdom Real Estate has been wonderful to work with through this experience of my husband and I purchasing our new home. We met our realtor Greg Charlton at an open house and immediately liked him. Throughout this process Greg has been extremely flexible, helpful, organized and thorough in reviewing any and all aspects of home-buying with us. His experience shows through his work and he has been a great advocate for us in negotiations. We've so appreciated his availability to connect on the phone anytime we have questions or want to run through ideas. We've also observed that Greg has taken the time to research anything he is not familiar with, which reflects his attention to detail. We also worked with Shannon Daly as our transaction coordinator. She made herself always available and responded quickly to any questions. We felt that she helped us anticipate our "next steps" and understand the overall timeline of things clearly. I got a great house, and the closing process was very smooth!

We worked with Jason to sell our house, and had a great experience.  Jason was quick to respond to any question or call, and kept us updated throughout the sell.  We wanted to sell quick, and the Wisdom team was quick to get the process moving and get our house on the market.  The pictures of the house looked great, and Jason gave use some good advice for what we should and shouldn't do to market the house.   The sell was quick and easy, and we were able to get within a good price range for our house.  Overall, I am very happy and will be contacting Wisdom in the future when I'm ready to buy again!
