My furnace had gone out the other day so I called Ultimate. They came out the same day and I’ve been very very pleased with them. They came in the window. They told me they were gonna be here, the technician was very professional, very friendly, and I felt very, very comfortable with him in my home. They fix the issue And the pricing was very fair. I would definitely refer Ultimate to everyone I know.

Amazing company! We’ve been using them for over 10yrs! The technician was very nice & walked me through the entire process and was easy to understand! There was no pressure to fix items immediately but they were all explained very clearly & options were presented at time of service with pricing! The office staff is also amazing & so nice & have great communication as well!!! I highly recommend this company!!!

Please do yourself a favor and read this! These guys come across as very professional in the beginning and I've used them for service many times. They put two new high end AC units in my new house about 3 years ago through my contractor and last summer one of them stopped working. They came by and charged me $69 for an estimate which is fine and said I had an freon leak in one of the units. He gave me an estimate of $2,300 to fix the leak because he said it's out of warranty. They came back a few days later and after working on it said that I needed a new unit and it can't be repaired and said it's 12 thousand to replace it with a similar one. I said why did you say you would fix it for $2,300 when all you did for $2,300 is tell me I have a leak which I already knew. I Called Carrier and they said I had a 10 year warranty on it. I Called them and they said they didn't know that. A certified Carrier company was trying to sell me a new unit with a 10 year warranty but didn't know a unit they sold me 3 years ago had warranty. Well they ended up getting the new coil under warranty but charged me $3,400 for labor. I called another company Golden West to get a second opinion and they told me where they thought the condenser leak was but they would charge me $1200 to do the test. Well since I was already working with Ultimate I had them go ahead with the work. I told the technician about what the other company said and he said he tested the system and the leak was in the outside and not inside. I trusted them and paid the $3,400 but it wasn't fixed until December so I had no reason to turn it on. Well summer comes and I start getting the same error message about the leak. I called them and they sent another technician out. I told him everything that happened and he goes in my house and in 15 minutes says the leak is exactly where the other company said it was and he didn't understand how the last guy could have missed it. Well he calls his boss and they tell me it's going to cost another $2,400 to fix it and the last guy did nothing wrong. So I spent $5800 to fix a leak and 7 months of working with them and got absolutely nothing out of it. This is a company with absolutely no integrity. I own a company too and when my employees mess up I take care of the customer because it's the right thing to do.

I had a great experience with Ultimate Heating & Cooling. They were courteous, on-time, got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterward.

They did quite well work but it was bit expensive. They left a good piece for me to finish. They did do their work effectively.

It's the only one we have used.

There were items missed on the preventative maintenance. I was told that neither system was certifiable. The technicians found a possible coolant leak and stated that to find the leak, a die kit would have to be implemented at around $1200 to find the leak. And at that cost, it would make more sense to replace the equipment.

The technician was nice, polite and knowledgeable and the price to inspect and perform repairs was fair. I will use them again.

I hired Nate to  give me a consultation on a furnace installation that I had concens about. Then I was able to use that to communicate to the company that installed my furnace, in a knowledgable manner to get problems addressed. I then had  Ralph clean my air ducts and BOY did they need it. Made a world of difference and Ralph is incredibly sweet and professional. I love this company!

Al from Ultimate Heating and Cooling came out to our home on 08/12/14 and 08/15/14. He was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and knew exactly what to do. We are very happy with the work that was performed and I felt we were charged a very fair price. I would definitely recommend Ultimate to anyone who needs HVAC service.

This is the third time that I've had Ultimate Heating to my house to correct problems created by the original installers. Ultimate technicians are very knowledgeable, arrive on time and complete the work in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them for any heating and/or AC repair. I only wish I'd contracted with Ultimate Heating to do the original installation. That would of saved a year and a half of poorly operating heat and AC.

It was blowing cool air my boyfriend and I were not able to problem solve the issue. He arrived at the beginning of the window and was straight to the point and fast. And now we have heat! I've used Applewood in the past and they are soooo expensive compared to this place.

They have always been really responsive, friendly, and thorough, even on weekends. Their pricing has been competitive and reasonable. We will continue to use them for our heating and A/C needs!

They are honest and reliable.

Technician was responsive and informative before the appointment, he arrived early for the appointment (after calling to make sure that would be okay), evaluated the systems, discussed my options with me and resolved the issues in a manner that was least costly for me and also ensured that both the a/c and the furnace were in good working order.  It's important to note that I called this company in as a second opinion so I had a pretty good baseline by which to judge them.

They were good.

I had bids from several Companies all were from Angie's List.  I chose Ultimate because Kyle, their salesperson, was truthful and did not sell me up or give me a "sales pitch". I had also check this company out on BBB also which was excellent.  I had decided on a Carrier for several reasons but after Kyle listened to what my life style was like and how little I use an air conditioner and  he suggested a less expensive but still excellent air conditioner.  Kyle was very knowledgeable on all of the Carrier Products and about the rebates associated with those products.  
I purchased Carrier's Best 97% efficient furnace,  because we have more winter in Colorado than summer and I added a humidifier.  With that Furnace I added a Touch Pad Controller.   After much discussion I decided on a standard Air Conditioner since I do not use an Air Conditioner but 4 to 6 weeks out of the year.   After using this Air Conditioner I am very satisfied, it works really well!  
The installation crew arrived at 9:00 AM and I was happy to see Kyle on site to get the project started and to make sure the crew understood what my specific house needed.  They put down plastic to cover all of my carpet to keep the carpet clean.  I was impressed.  The crew did a great job they installed all new coolant line which was not easy since I have a drop ceiling in my basement.  
They had a problem with a part that they discovered was damaged after it was installed.  They called Kyle and he arrived with a new part and they got it installed without problem.  As they were waiting for the new part they cleaned up inside and outside, they did not just stand around, they kept working making sure everything else they could do was done.  The installers were polite and professional.  Despite the delay these men all stayed made sure my units worked correctly and I had Air Conditioning!  Kyle programed the Touch Pad Controller so the Furnace, AC and Humidifier worked as I needed.
The crew took up the plastic and then vacuumed my carpet.  They left my home spotless!
Since it was late when they finished, 6:30 PM,  Kyle told me he would be back the next day to go over all the things I needed to know on how to set up my new Touch Pad Controller.  Kyle called me this morning as promised and he showed up after lunch to check over all the work done and went over all my questions and showed me how to set my personal program on my  Touch Pad Controller.
I used Angie's List for all of my quotes they were all very good companies but I felt more comfortable with Kyle from Ultimate.    There are many great companies listed on Angie's List,  you just have to do your homework on what you want to consider to purchase and ask questions.  You must educate yourself on any product you want to purchase, especially one that is so expensive and then in the end go with the company you believe fits your needs best.  I always do my homework because I am picky and want to make sure I make a good choice.
I would recommend Ultimate to family, friends, and you if you are looking to purchase a new furnace, air conditioner or a company that will treat you fairly on heating and air conditioning needs.
P.S.  My cost was $10,050.00 but when I get my two rebates a total of 350.00 my total cost will be - $9,700.00

Cleaned cooling coils, tested all power circuits checked blower in basement and ducting for leaks. Added 2 pounds of coolant, leveled a/c pad after finding it out of level. Checked temperature at register on main floor & upstairs. Replaced air filter.

They were really good. They were really quick with their service and they pretty much repaired our air conditioning and it's been working great since. It was a positive experience overall. They were available. They came over the next day. We would use them again. I don't think they were charging us more than everyone else.

Over all we could not be happier.  Ultimate Heating and Cooling did a perfect installation.  It is now a year later and things are still working well.  I have scheduled a one year follow up service call and expect that to go perfectly.  This company is a very professional company and they have pride in their workmanship.

We had just had a home inspection and the inspector identified a gas line leak on both the furnace and water heater.  Had the tech fix both and he did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.  Per the inspection, we were also advised that we needed to add dampers to our multi-zone furnace/AC.  He checked out the system and provided expert guidance and the necessary paperwork on why that is not required/necessary.
