His crew showed up and did, HALF the fence line. They randomly cut branches off the peach tree, leaving big limb stumps everywhere. Looks very bad. Part of the backyard was not even mowed. I called to ask when they would complete the job, and received a voice mail message saying they would be back the next day to finish. They didn't show up. After 2 weeks, I called them back and said that if they didn't finish by Monday, I'd hire someone else. That got him to show up at my door. He claimed that he only agreed to do HALF the fence line!!! Why would I have only half done? And for $300!!! After much arguing, I paid him $200 and told him not to return.
Description of Work: Mr. Truong gave me an estimate for weeding, putting down weed barrier and edging, and putting down bark mulch along one fence line. He said, he knew how to trim trees as well, so he was supposed to trim one peach tree. The estimate was for $300. Mr. Truong was then supposed to mow the front and back lawn every 2 weeks. Mowing cost was $20 each time.
