Great work. Found that the furnace was intact and in good condition and clean so only charged a service visit fee.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! We had another company come out when our AC wasnâ t working and tell us that we needed a new AC unit, and will need another new AC and furnace in the next couple of years - among other things. We connected with True Blue through Angiâ s list - they reached out right away and Jimmie came out the next day. He checked everything out and determined we only needed a new blower motor and they cleaned the furnace for us. They were fantastic to work with! They were thorough, knew what they were doing, didnâ t try to upsell us and let us know that they believe in doing business the right way by taking care of customers - not taking advantage of them. Hats off to Jimmie and team!!

Cedric, Jimmy, April, Anthony, and the team have been amazing. I feel very comfortable with this team who has taken time to get to know us, our preferences and needs. They've kept our home clean and maintained the utmost professionalism. Cedric and April worked with us on what we have to work with (condo and finances). They were incredibly kind and understanding. Anthony and his colleague (my apologies for not getting his name) were very respectful of our home and environment during the installation. Jimmy was a pleasure when he came to assess the environment and set up. The team was absolutely amazing during this whole process, even with an upgrade in equipment when Gorman was not available. I would recommend this team of amazing people to anyone. They've really been amazing to work with.

Jimmie Ciccone came out and in less than a half hour got my AC system back running at top performance! He cleaned the sides of the condenser grill, checked the air handler, checked on frequency of filter changes and then found that the power breaker in the panel was off (apparently turned off and not recycled by the alarm installer). Once the system was running and pressure normalized he checked the refrigerant charge and said it was perfect!! He only charged for the service fee to come out!!! This is an honest and religious man (not in the evangelical, religion-for-profit sense, but in the Christian sense)!!!!! I will wholeheartedly recommend Jimmie Ciccone and True Blue Heating and Air to everyone who needs heating and AC work!!!

I was shocked at how good this company is. Professional, on time, courteous, and reasonably priced. I even saved their phone number.

True Blue was quick to respond and gave a great deal. Ryan was fantastic to work with.

From phone call to service time, this group was fast! They sent out one of their most seasoned technicians to look at our AC. He was able to fix the issue and provided quotes for a new system on the same day. I would highly recommend True Blue for your heating and air needs.

Fast Friendly and honest

Terrible company did not do anything. Charged me 1200 for nothing and I had to hire another company to take care of the issue.

This company is the worst. They are thieves. I had to hire another company to come in and repair what they refused to. Horrible experience.

Terrible communications from Cedric and Mary. Do not use these people. I did in an emergency situation and am so turned off of any of these companies.

Worst company ever!

I would not use this company again. They taught me not to trust them, and it was an expensive lesson. I wish Angi let you post pictures with a review. I got a new furnace and a/c unit. $10K. First, the contracted a/c compressor unit was allegedly out of stock at the supply house, so they got me the base model instead, which has a slightly lower SEER rating. No change in my price though. Then, they damage the furnace unit on the way in. They insisted it was just cosmetic. I will be hiring a different company tomorrow to confirm that. Next, they gouge up the driveway and patio dragging the old a/c unit out. Rolling dolly, anyone? Then, the job was supposed to include new refrigerant lines. They re-used the 35 year old ones with missing insulation, insisting they could not run new lines through the wall. Again, no change in my price. At that point, I decided it was in my best interest to see them gone and not return. They tell me everything is hooked up and running properly. But these people left exposed dangling wires on the condensate pump, the power lines to it no less, so it did not actually pump anything anymore. After one night, water is everywhere. And again, I do not trust them after all this, and I will be hiring another company to double-check and probably re-do some of their work. Maybe those folks will run new refrigerant lines through a wall. Screws were left not only on the ground outside but on the stairs inside. I think I found them all before they found their way into my kids bare feet. Take a look at their website. You will see; Why we are We Difference which is a quote from their site. Overall they were excellent, professional, and were able to repair our AC unit in a few hours. Well worth the price.

The company reached out to me to set the appointment based on information I provided, and they made an appointment with me. Scheduled and confirmed. Then called 1 hour into the appointment time to tell me my house was to far away and they were not coming. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and unprofessional. I wont zero the value or the workmanship as they did not do anything on my property.
