I truly felt that he was representing me and he has tremendous integrity. He was very through and was way ahead of the game.
***An update about his extraordinary service....he arranged for everything in preparation for my arrival, from having the snow shoveled to booking me a hotel room (since the house hadn't been cleaned yet). He also arranged for trees to be trimmed, and my chimney to be swept. He is full service, and really goes above and beyond!
