They were fine and came out quickly. They had the best price. They were good and explained everything they were doing.

They have done a really good job. They are cheaper than the other guys. I like Terminix. The other guys also wanted to do more services, but it would cost more money. Terminix does 4 services a year, and it is probably reasonable. I do like them. I think there was an initial thing that was more, and then I think it is like $80 or $90 every 3 months. We were out of town, and it was sort of my fault because I didn?t get back to them in time because they gave me like a week?s notice. I was out of the country, and they actually came and did a second for free thing inside the house because I didn?t have a hold of them until the very afternoon. They already did the outside of the house but nobody was found so they couldn?t get inside. They do a free inside whenever I want it actually if I have any problem. I liked their attitude because it really was my fault.

Our new wood floor was coming up. The hardwood floor company that had installed it less than a year ago came out, removed 2 boards and found termites between the subfloor and Oak wood flooring. Yes, we actually DO have termites in Colorado. Subterranean Termites. They look like rice with legs. I called Terminix since termites are their specialty. Their Inspector came out, looked in the crawl space (underneath the affected floor area), in the garage and all around the house. He told me how termites operate and the method Terminix uses to get rid of them. He drew up a graph of our foundation and indicated which walls would be treated. He gave me his direct number and was available to answer my many questions. Always friendly, patient and helpful. The termites should all be gone within 45 to 60 days and I have their guarantee to back it up.

Turnover in staff was a big thing, having different people come all the time. We didn't like that as much. It was also very hard to get a hold of them and it was hard to call them at all. They wouldn't do whatever it is they said they would do and when you would call them to get them back it was really hard to get a hold of them. I felt sorry for the guys that worked for them, because it seemed like all the communication issues were the corporation's fault. We also didn't get as good service because we got different people every time.

They were good! They did what they said they were going to do.

Haven't seen any more yellow jackets.

We were brand new customers. We had our appointment rescheduled 3 times after their representative did not show up at all. Finally we got fed up and decided to use someone else.

Everything with the service has gone well. The yearly service contract is pretty reasonable. I have no type of infestation of any pests or termites so it must be working. They do spray the inside and outside of my entire home.

Terminix came out and made an assessment of my situation and determined the extent of the vole infestation. They explained the best way to treat the problem and set up a program to treat and eliminate the voles.

They have been very professional every time they come in. They removed the hives and have not had a problem with the bees returning. The lack of spiders, even in the basement have been great.

It only took Terminix 2 sprays to kill all the spider mites. Terminix comes out every 3 months but will come out in between as many times necessary.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND INFORMATIVE ABOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND PRODUCTS. I SIGNED UP FOR A QUARTERLY PLAN. IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING BEFORE THAT TIME, THEY WILL COME BACK OUT. THE INITIAL PAYMENT WAS $180.00 HOWEVER EACH ADDITIONAL TIME WILL BE $100.00.

WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL DIFFERENT WORKMEN COME OVER TIME. THEY HAVE ALL BEEN COURTEOUS AND PUNCTUAL. THEY SUPPLY EXTRA FOOD AND TRAPS AS NECESSARY. THEY ASK IF WE HAVE ANY SPECIAL CONCERNS. WE BACK UP TO AN OPEN SPACE AND HAVE TO STAY ON TOP OF PEST CONTROL. WE ALSO HAVE PETS AND SMALL CHILDREN AND THEY NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH EITHER.

TERMINEX DID A GOOD JOB OF MAKING SURE THE SMELL OF THE POISON WAS NOT TOO STRONG. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY CONSIDERATE. THE BED BUGS WERE ELIMINATED AND HAVE BEEN SINCE.

TERMINX WAS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH THEY SHOWED UP WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED AND THEY WORKED HARD TO GET THE JOB FINISHED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE WORKER, GORDON, WAS WELL DRIVEN AND VERY FRIENDLY.
