I called Tim, left a message, and he called back within the hour. He was able to work his schedule so that he could come out and give an estimate that same week. He scheduled the job the immediate following week when it was convenient for me (and I have scheduled a few more since). Tim treats your home like it is his. During the estimate, he asked thorough questions that gave him a clear idea on what I wanted and needed done. He offered his thoughts when they were warranted and gave his professional opinion on things. I thought I needed to buy a whole new door for one of the issues I was having, but he suggested I just have him change the lock out instead and that should fix the problem...and it did! Tim showed up at the time he said he would be there. When he was done with the job, he asked me to look over his work and make sure I was happy with it. With things I needed to know such as resetting the smart code on the door knob, he generously and patiently explained them to me since he had done many of these door knobs before. Afterwards, he cleaned up so well it was like no one was ever there. Overall, Tim is by far the most reasonably priced, professional, and capable handyman I have come across to date. Stop wasting your time searching for another one and call Tim today!

I was very happy with how everything looked when he was done. I will definitely hire again for yard maintenance in the future.
