Awful! House was not complete at closing. Over the weekend they braced the foundation of one of their houses against my foundation with 2 by 4s. Just called the city and they told me they can't do that without my permission. They will be calling the builder to let them know.
They built my house and I have had so many issues. I don't have an air conditioner because they didn't build the foundation next to me correctly, and it bowed and cracked. They had to cut it out and start over. I have had a 10 foot hole as a side yard and my AC goes there. My electrical box is above a 10 foot hole with a 1 foot ledge. I had to reset a breaker today and almost slipped into the hole since the ledge is crumbling.
Their landscapers don't have a clue how to landscape. They set up my irrigation system incorrectly and flooded my front yard and my basement. They choose 4 butterfly bushes as shrubs in front on a house. They grow 8 feet tall in a season. The trees are planted wrong.
The wood floors have many problems. Seems like they hurry to get thru everything and quality goes out the window and their contractors are not knowledgable. I could go on. I have had 4 house built in a number of years. This is the only horrible builder I have experienced.
