They returned phone calls right away and responded to my questions and concerns. The only thing they don't do that I think they should is; put a sign out front with their name and number on it. Neighbors keep asking who did the work. :)

My wall looks beautiful! It sure makes the house look better. They came and worked all day every day until the job was done, then Matt came by for a follow up visit to check the job and see how I liked it.

Left with a lot of extra brick. Have some white spots from the cutting process which I can't remove.

It has been two months since I signed a contract & gave a deposit. The project has NOT yet started. I was initially told "a few weeks". When I signed the contract, I was told first part of July (5 weeks). I received a confirmation call & was told 8 weeks to start & would be contacted in 6 weeks. 7 weeks later I have been contacted for the first time and told it will be mid Sept (8 more weeks). They "oversold" jobs for staff on hand. I could not be more disappointed ! At the same time I was asked if I was interested in volunteering to put off my job until Nov or Dec. !

Satisfied overall

Done on time. Everyone in the neighborhood commented on how hard the installers worked through the heat. People stop their cars to tell us how wonderful the patio looks. Very helpful customer service.

Our yard now looks better than ever, even when we just laid sod. Plus I can sell my mower.

I would recomment this company to anyone. They answered my questions to my satisfaction, arrived on time for the consultationas well as all followups. The project manager Matt was very willing to listen to my concerns and offer suggestions.

Although my project was small, they treated me as if I was #1. Great work and service. Also, a great investment if you have pets.

The quality of the craftsmanship was great. I was very frustrated with the customer service. The finished project did not meet the size specifications on the agreement so we are still discussing a rate adjustment based on the final patio being smaller than agreed upon and the excavation of expansive soils not being completed. My backyard was left a mess with pavers stacked on the lawn, tools left outside and discarded concrete and wire mesh left on the lawn for the weekend. Will not contract with this company again.

I hired System Pavers because of their warranty and their promise to provide a project manager that would oversee the project. System Pavers doesn't do the work themselves, they subcontract it to smaller contractors. They didn't oversee the contractor doing the work. I had to do that. This took me away from work for 4 days. When they damaged my existing sprinkler system and lawn, they had no way to get them fixed. Each time their contractor tried to fix one thing, they broke something else.

Great customer service and follow up!

Everything was handled professionally from the beginning. The project took a bit longer than expected but that was due more to the amount of work to be done. The team worked well together and stayed on top of any issues. The workers themselves were excellent - hard working, courteous, very careful and caring about my project. I would highly recommend SystemPavers and would definitely use them for any futer paver need. The end products are gorgeous!

System Pavers was extremely forth coming with price, time needed for the job and the customer service was wonderful and professional. I'd definitely recommend the System Pavers astroturf product to anyone I know who's having problems with their yards, especially those with kids or dogs. The price for their product is on pare with other companies but the quality is so much better and the warranty is equally amazing. The astroturf is incredible in how much it actually looks like real grass.

I would definitely recommend System Pavers to anyone wanting to add timeless beauty to the outside of their home. I wanted to add pavers to an area in front of my home that used to be home to two 70-year old elm trees. I also wanted to add a new walkway to the side of my home that would blend the new with the old pavers already installed in my backyard. Mitch Goldman and his team of professional helpers led by Jesus worked tirelessly to complete my paver project. Recently I had System Pavers, install a patio and sidewalk at my home. I had expansive cracks in my concrete patio and desperately needed it replaced. Mitch Goldman, Arnulfo Aguilar and his crew did an outstanding job. They were there on time every day, worked extremely hard, and were very conscientious that the work was performed correctly and the job was done right. I am very happy with my new patio/sidewalk. With the 25-Year Warranty, my new patio/sidewalk will be a fantastic selling feature. I recommend System Pavers, highly!
