Spencer was great. He spent several minutes trying to get the existing coupler to work on the new valve. He did this so the repair would not be as expensive. He then proceeded to do the repair at a very reasonable price. He was courteous and professional. We would definiteley use the company again..

Our furnace went out in January. We called them to fix it and found out that our furnace was old and obsolete. Then we were denied when we applied for credit for a new one. Easy to schedule and extremely experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Spencer repaired our regulator as well as our humidifier after our regular Heating and Air company came out the day before and didn't diagnose. We are glad we called Swan as they diagnosed both issues quickly and did the repairs right away. At an extremely reasonable price. We liked their service so much, we even signed a maintenance contract. Highly recommend.

I actually didn't hire Swan to complete the work but I couldn't have been more impressed with their processes and people. Gary in the office was great. And Jon Miller - the tech who visited my house - went above and beyond, despite my lack of commitment to sign up with Swan. The coolest feature - in my opinion - was the text I receive prior to my tech arriving that contained information about him - including a photo. Very neat and very professional. I would recommend this vendor to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Very well. Tyler was very thorough and knowledgeable and did not charge me for things not needed. He showed me how to properly install the furnace air filter. He showed me items that I might want to correct at some point in the future. I was impressed that he knew where to install the air filter, which the tech from the previous company (and my husband and myself) had not been able to figure out without a long search. Only one slight issue - he suggested getting CO2 detectors, but I realized after he left that our smoke detectors are also CO2 detectors. I will plan on hiring Tyler again next year.

great! Spencer was actually early, but I got a call ahead of time to make sure that was ok. The work he did was excellent; he explained a lot of things I'd been curious about. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and kept the work area clean. Excellent experience. I love that the technicians never try to sell you something till you actually need it. They also have advice if you want it but are never pushy. I tell everyone to call them.
