Yes, as I mentioned when we first talked on the phone unfortunately we can't move Green Mountain, which is the cause of all of your Antenna issues... ;-) Sadly their is no antenna, amp or fix for this. This is why we only charged you $69 for the trip charge. Honestly we actually lost money on your install after all of our expenses, but we were trying to help out a neighbor."

We have made a business decision to no long repair existing antennas/wiring. The time/money that it takes us to communicate, schedule the job, roll a truck, pay HomeAdvisor for the lead, plus the inherent risk of getting on/off someone's roof isnt cost effective (for us or our customer), nor does it seem to satisfy a customer like when we do a full freeTVEE install. We have been in business for over 8 years, yet if you google our reviews we have nothing but 5 star reviews everywhere... We specialize in helping people Cut The Cord-install new antennas, DVRs, streaming services and help them lower their internet bill down to $50 / month. This is what we do well and will go back to focusing on instead of antenna/wiring repairs."
