SAVIOR PLUMBING

Hired this guy to install a water heater and a few other minor repairs at a rental property.  Paid him in advance as I could not be there when he was to finish the work.  He completed the water heater, but told the tenant that he would have to come back the next day to finish the other work, as he did not have a part.  He did not.  I called him, and he stated he would get there by the end of the week.  He did not.  I have left several messages since, to no avail.  He does not return call and the work that has been paid for was left unfinished.  Also, while I received a hand written list of what he would do for how much, I never received an official invoice from the company.  He stated he would send one via email.  I also have requested that in my voice messages to him, but have never recieved one.

I see a couple bad reviews, but my experience was great.
The price was fair & the job was done right for the amount quoted and in the time frame discussed.
I will call them again the next time I need some plumbing.

Aweful

The first plumbing repair turned out OK, but the second was horrible. I was advised that the second repair would only take one week. The repair ended up taking 3 months. During this time I repeatedly called and left messages requesting a quick return. I ended up losing the lease with my tenant due to the lengthy delay in the repair. The repair was not done properly and there has been a leak in the pipes behind the wall ever since. This has led to soaked drywall and carpet and a horrible black mold problem. I have since hired a new plumber from a different company to do fix these problem. He also advised me that the materials that Savior Plumbing used to replace the water pipes was the incorrect product and pointed out that there was never a shut off valve installed on the new water heater (which is against city code). They overall bill from Saviors was very expensive for the work that was performed. I was very dissatisfied with them.
