Contacted me quickly, came and looked at job. Difficulty in getting them to contact me back as it was a little job and had to call Service Magic to get them to call me. After that contacted me immediately and repaired the window same day. Maybe need to work on customer service. Shouldn't prejudge a job when it's little because you never know when you might be called for a big job.

The service was so fast I was amazed. From the time I made the request to the end of the job took a total of 3 days -- this is including getting an estimate. The work is extremely professional and was very cost effective. Should I ever need a service of this type again, I will definitely call upon them.

Very professional and careful! They came out and had our giant picture glass window replaced very quickly! They had to build scaffolding to get up to the window and brought a team out to get it done safely! GREAT job!
