I was very impressed with the initial quote process provided by one of the owners. He was very thorough and took his time to explain to me various options that I had. The actual work installation also went very well and I was impressed by the quality of the work.

They did a really great job. I have had other jobs done, and they have all commented on how well done and clean the furnace install is. It still works great, and I would use them again, definitely.

I have had a long term relationship with Sanders and Johnson. Can't remember exactly when furnace/AC was installed, but have been happy with it thru the years. I have them come for maintenance every autumn and spring. It is reasonably priced. I always ask for Jessie. He has been there the whole time and knows my system.I had one actual service call and he came immediately, diagnosed a weird problem and was able to fix it with parts in his truck. Don't know how I could ask for more.

Their service is excellent. They are there on time when they say they will be. They were able to fix issues with my heating that other companies were unable to fix. They are a stand-up company.

The prices varied depending on the time they did work. I would use them again in the future.

I would absolutely hire them again--these guys have high integrity and do great work.

Their service is wonderful. I’ve been very, very happy with the technicians that come out and that do the cleaning, maintenance and service on it. I was also very impressed with Mr. Sanders who came out and did the calculations. They were very professional.

It’s been very good. They get things done. If you call them in January and you tell them your furnace went out, they will get someone there as fast as they can. There was a time I had an igniter go out; it was below zero and they were right out. They are professional and get the work done.

Sanders and Johnson operates an extremely professional company starting with the receptionist through the dispatcher, technicians, and owners. I highly recommend this company to anyone AND have done so!

We also have our air conditioning through them. We will always use them as long as we have the systems.

It was the first time I had used them. They were very good. I would call them again. We had another company come out and say we needed a whole new furnace. Johnson and Sanders said we just needed to replace a part.

Did not attempt to convince us to purchase the best/most expensive equipment.  It was our decision to purchase the 95%
       efficient furnace.
Took time to answer questions.
The only oversight was forgetting to caulk around pipes that entered house from AC condenser.  They corrected this immediately
       when it was called to their attention.
They did not vacuum the area when finished, but did a fairly good job of sweeping up and removing debris.
Overall, we were pleased with the entire process from obtaining a bid through the installation.
Mr. Sanders was professional and came to our home early on the date of the installation. 

Made appointment for an estimate for air handler replacement. I made appointments for 3 companies to come out on the same day. One of them scheduled 10-10:30, the other scheduled 9-11:30. I informed both over the phone that there might be someone else giving me an estimate at the same time and both said it was okay. 
One of the owners of this company came out to give the estimate. He arrived within his appointed timeframe as did another company representative. The owner from this company was rude from the very beginning. He arrived with a scowl on his face and mumbled something as I let him in. He stated he was on time and couldn't wait while the other rep was finishing up. Fortunately, the other guy was wrapping up by then, so Mr. Johnson did not have to wait. His attitude from the time he entered my condo was very rude and condescending. I explained I was under a deadline and needed an estimate by the next day. He responded that he could not guarantee an estimate by the time I needed it, that this was an old unit, that he had other jobs to get to, etc.  
He then proceeded to criticize the age of the building, the age of the unit, questioned my knowledge of the air-handler unit (I am not an HVAC person). Rather than continue tolerating his rudeness, I told him if he could not guarantee me an estimate by my deadline, then we could not do business. He picked up his things and left. 
Customer service did not seem to be a priority for this company. If this is the treatment and attitude from the co-owner of the company, I would not expect better from their employees.

Two years ago I had a new furnace, ac and water heater installed and everything has worked great!  They even worked directly with my HOA to get everything approved and to have city permits pulled. The company was so helpful and honest.  The techs have always been very prompt and informative of what they are doing and always give tips to keep things running at high efficiency.  The office lady is wonderful too. I had energy rebates to complete and she walked me though everything I needed to do.  I just had a tech here today to fix a problem with my ac, which ended up to be a fuse box problem.  I would highly recommend this company!

I needed some work down on my whole house humidifier.  Specifically, the solenoid and transformer needed to be installed and the unit needed to be wired.  The tech said he didn't know how much it was going to cost on the phone and the lady on the phone didn't mention a trip fee.  I should have asked.  I'm giving them an F overall due to the fact that they wanted to charge me over $300 to install $50 worth of parts (approximately) in 45 minutes.  Sorry, that's ridiculous and gets an F from me.  When I declined their ridiculous offer, he tells me of the trip fee which I paid.  The Sanders and Johnson sticker came off my furnace because I don't feel like being gouged in the future.  I have done plenty of business with other folks in this realm of services and have always felt like the costs were reasonable.

They did a  great job. They were very punctual. They gave a 5% discount. They had great pricing and did quality work. I would recommend them and would use them again.

They come right out when we have emergencies. We thought that they were very upfront about what we needed and they didn?t try to sell us anything extra.

They did it very well and did what they said they were going to do. If I had a problem, they came back and fixed it right away.

The repairman was very knowledgable and answered all my questions.

This company actually exposed some of the deceptions that another company was telling us. They were trying us to get all these repairs done, and none of those things needed to be done. This company had good ratings, so we decided to go with them.

What happened was that the previous boiler, which was fifty years old, stopped venting because of a tree that had come down over the summer. The carbon monoxide in the house had built up to 150 parts per million and in the garage it was 200 parts per million and it was pretty scary. This was on a Wednesday and I was going out of town on Friday and it was winter time. I called a different service who said they could not help, but gave me this name. I called them and explained to them what was going on. They were at this house within the hour. They looked at everything that was going on and gave me a firm bid. I got approval to go ahead and spend the money. They came out on Friday and replaced all the venting and everything so that I was less than 48 hours without a furnace. The gas and electric company had red tagged the furnace and water heater. When the inspector came to sign off that they could remove the red tag, he looked at it and said that I had got the best when I got them.

I like that the same tech comes out very time and the same people answer the phone. They are family owned and operated. They are wonderful and we will continue to use them.
