RooterGuy Plumbing has over 30 years plus of experience BBB Accredited since 2012 specializing in all facets of the plumbing work, from drain clearing to whole house piping. We are family owned and operated. We still run on word of mouth advertising rather than taking out ads that are costly, this helps us save money so that we may pass on that savings to our customers. We have over two thousand ratings on the HomeAdvisor web site, real customers whom we have provided a service to, from minor drain cleaning to large scale whole sewer replacements, and though we know all of this may not matter to most consumers, we work very hard and pride ourselves to do well and make sure that all of our customers feel comfortable with us and our services. We are insured and bonded, and we look out for all customers best interest, we never pressure anyone to use our services over others our knowledge and experience speaks for itself. I was amazed at how fast he responded to my request...the moment I hit Send, and the next minute my phone rang and he was on the other line. He came out promptly the next day and had my kitchen faucet replaced at a reasonable price. WE HAD A PLUMBING PROBLEM 4pm on a Saturday, he came straight out and worked for about 3 hours in all. fixed the problem and my husband and I feel that he was honest and fare in dealing with us. I would most definately use him again.

Our water spicket broke outside; water was spraying everywhere. So we had to turn our water off the entire house. We went to Servicemagic.com and described the problem. Gary from The Rooter Guy called us within minutes and was here within 1/2 hour. The problem was fixed within a few hours and we were able to have guests over that night. Gary was great.

Pressure reducer started making a high pitched whistling every time a fixture was turned on. Rooter Guy came out and inspected it, gave me an estimate and then told me how I could fix it myself I wanted to save some money. He said he'd come back out if I had any problems. I got what I needed at Home Depot, but I couldn't get it installed without it leaking, so I called him, he came out and installed it. Still saved me about 50% of what I would have had to pay if someone else did all the work. I was happy and very impressed - will call them again for any plumbing jobs I need help with.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I chose Rooter Guy to have the work done. The invoice Chris with Rooter Guy left gave a very short paragraph of the work done, the amount billed at the bottom and the rest of the invoice was blank. There is nothing that mentions what kind of water heater he installed, how much it cost, how much the labor was, nothing. I have no warranty information or anything. After contacting the Rooter Guy office and being told "I would not get this information" I was contacted by Russ and told he would be sending the info. I have not heard from Rooter guy as of yet. I would give Rooter Guy a � at this point due to the conversations with his staff etc
