Eric was prompt, professional, and prepared. He listed carefully and diagnosed the issue and gave us a quote. The quote was reasonable and so we accepted it. Eric carefully gathered everything he needed from his vehicle. He brought in a pressure reduction valve along with all of the other tools as needed to install the valve. He did an excellent job, making sure to bleed the air out of our pipes. He showed us how the valve tightens and operates. We noticed what a great job he did welding the pipes and installing that gage, it even looks pretty. He made sure that the overall water pressure came down to the correct level. He also advised that we should change out some of our connecting hoses at least every five years. He was pleasant and calm. He was very respectful. He wore covers over his already spotless boots. We so appreciate his excellent work and kind demeanor. We would not hesitate to recommend Eric from Rooter Guy, LLC to anyone looking for superior plumbing service. Thank you Eric. $1,000 dollars cheaper than Roto Rooter for a new water heater. They came to our home and gave us a quote and got the job done all within the same day. Highly recommended.

Showed up promptly and thoroughly diagosed the problem. Did not try to "sell me" on services I didn't need. Finished up fast and explained things clearly.

The company issued 2 different versions of the invoice and proceeded to email one version to the tenant of my rental who was NOT a part to this transaction as he neither hired this company nor paid for the service. The invoice emailed to him and then also to me contained a statement in which the plumber assigned the damage to the pipe and consequent flooding toâ pre-existing rentersâ and not the current tenant. The invoice which I received right after the service at the time of payment did not contain any such statement. When I called the company and asked them to explain how come their invoice was sent to the third party without my authorization and how come it contained the plumberâ s statement with the assignment of guilt as to who possibly did the damage, the manager had NO explanation but offered to â investigateâ and get back to me. He never did. Shady practices, lies, not transparent at all. Will NOT recommend this business.

Jacob came out quickly, addressed the problem right away and fixed our leak. He was polite, knowledgeable, and got the job done.

They gave me a reasonable quote and offered suggestions and advice. They were able to show up the same day and Jacob did an amazing job replacing my water heater without any problems. I will definitely use them again in the future

I had a kitchen faucet installed. Originally they were going to charge me $435.00, which was more than what I paid to have the sink and garbage disposal installed six years ago. Competitors quoted between $208.00 and $245.00. If you need plumbing work done, check around first. The plumber was on time and professional.
