RooterGuy Plumbing has over 30 years plus of experience BBB Accredited since 2012 specializing in all facets of the plumbing work, from drain clearing to whole house piping. We are family owned and operated. We still run on word of mouth advertising rather than taking out ads that are costly, this helps us save money so that we may pass on that savings to our customers. We have over two thousand ratings on the HomeAdvisor web site, real customers whom we have provided a service to, from minor drain cleaning to large scale whole sewer replacements, and though we know all of this may not matter to most consumers, we work very hard and pride ourselves to do well and make sure that all of our customers feel comfortable with us and our services. We are insured and bonded, and we look out for all customers best interest, we never pressure anyone to use our services over others our knowledge and experience speaks for itself. A plumber came out to fix outdoor faucets. In the process, the main shutoff valve started leaking. They did not take much responsibility and said there was nothing to do. Then they tried to sell me more work. The plumber was nice enough, but shoddy work and high prices comparatively.

I became concerned about the repair person because he was gone so long looking for a part. Thankfully, he was OK and was just having trouble finding the part. I was shocked at the price of the repair but I needed to have it done. And there was an additional problem that required upping the estimate by $100. The repair person was mindful of my situation but I still think the price was way too high for the job.
