Andrew and Roof Corp's team had us scheduled for installation of a new roof and gutters within just 10 days, even though it was their busiest time of year! Andrew took the time to explain the whole process to us, from insurance, to picking the right materials and timeline of completion. Roof Corp's team had everything buttoned up within a day and a half, which was quick turnaround in my opinion. One of my concerns was that there might be leftover debris (nails, etc.) because we usually have small children playing in the yard. I didn't find a single piece of roofing material leftover from Roof Corp's work! It was obvious to me that the team put a great amount of effort in, to make sure the exterior of our home was clean after each days' work, and especially at completion of the job. Everyone I spoke with was very polite, professional, and quick to resolve any concerns we had. The whole process was far less invasive and messy than we had imagined it would be, and I attribute this to the high standards that Roof Corp's team holds themselves to. I'm hoping for another twenty years before we need another roof, but whenever that time comes, we'll be calling Roof Corp of Metro Denver, Inc! A+++!! JL

From initial contact this was handled with great customer service and professionalism. The office staff and the crew were helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and thorough. I was notified of material delivery date, install date, the delivery crew was prompt, the install crew were friendly, punctual and thorough, they kept me informed throughout the process. Roofcorp was referred to me by a relative who said they did good work. A rep came out to inspect my roof after a hailstorm and discovered I had damage to the roof. Andrew from Roofcorp told me the process, and explained how they would work with the insurance company to coordinate replacement if approved by my insurer. Andrew met the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof. Andrew pointed out to the adjuster the areas that were damaged as they walked on the roof. The adjuster agreed that the roof needed to be replaced and Andrew said he'd take it from there. Roofcorp made dealing with my insurance company so easy and the installation was not disruptive. The installation was done when it was scheduled and completed in 1 day! The workers were very polite and cleaned up all the debris after they finished. I've used Roofcorp for several of my rental properties and I highly recommend them for any roofing job. They're a local company that's been around for many years.

Andrew Barilla was on time for the appointment. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done. They repaired the same day and had it complete within an hour or so. Would defiantly recommend Roof Corp to any one needing a new roof or even minor repairs. This is the second time that we have used them and the service is exceptional!

The gentlemen that came out to my house to do the estimate was punctual and very pleasant to work with. He answered all the questions I had and was very professional.

Overall was a great company to work with. I got estimates from 5 roofers, and they were competitively priced, upgraded to better quality shingle, and used heavy weight underlayment. They were most responsive to my questions and provided detailed contract. I asked for references and they provided me 5, everyone called me back and all were single woman like me, and that was very thoughtful. Only issue I had was a delay in delivering the materials, so the team doing the roof were rushed, but they brought more folks so they could complete on schedule. The follow-up was timely and the roof passed inspection first time within three weeks of install. I have already referred them to my neighbors, and could do that with confidence.

It went well. Their roofing consultant Matt was very helpful with answering questions, and working with our insurance. They have a painter that works with them and he was hard to schedule but he was very very good. They were very responsive and professional, they always showed up when they daid they would.

Roofcorp is a great company, honest, dependable, efficient. Matt Canner took care of every detail from start to finish and made this a very easy pleasant experience. He and other personnel were always available and responded quickly so the job went so smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roofer. The crew did a great job of cleanup. We badly needed a new roof and gutters. The entire experience from the moment I contacted them was very satisfactory. The project coordinator set up a time to come out and take a look at what needed to be done. He had a great deal of experience in the industry and very personable and helpful. Because we had experienced damage from a recent hailstorm, he helped walk me through the entire insurance process. In fact, he arranged to be there with me when the insurance claims adjuster come out for the inspection so that he could help facilitate the process and be available to discuss the situation with the adjuster there on the spot. Because the drip-edge and been improperly installed on my property's roof many years ago, we needed to replace all the fascia boards and wraps before we could begin the work of replacing the roof and gutters. They knew just who to recommend and put me in touch with to get that very important work done well. My project coordinator gave me all the information and advice necessary to guide me through selecting the correct type and color of roofing material that worked best for us. Once the work began, it was conducted professionally and efficiently. The job site was left completely clean and the work was done with a high standard of quality. The new roof and gutters on the house look great, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs roofing and gutter work done.

Jon Wagner and the staff at Roof Corp are fantastic to work with! They are extremely professional and truly care about the quality of the work they do. They worked with the insurance company, Jon came out to meet with the adjuster personally to and took the time to really understand the needs of my home as well as be on the same page as my insurance company. Excellent. I own a rental portfolio in addition to buying and selling over 80 homes a year. Andrew at Roof Corp has personally handled more than 30 roof replacements for me over the past 3 years and recently replaced the roof at my personal residence. Service is always prompt and completed within 24-48 hours. Most importantly, the roofers are always courteous and respectful of the property and cleanup all trash and debris.

My roof was installed the next week. I was upgraded to 3D shingles and got new gutters. Everything was finished in a very timely fashion. The roofers were courteous and quick. They cleaned up everything. My new roof looks great!

The roofers were on time . They worked all day until 6:00p.m. The new roof looks great!! They did an excellent job of cleaning up. I appreciated the help I received from Roof Corp walking me through the claim process. They were very responsive and answered all my questions.

They came out and gave an estimate in a timely fashion and had our new roof on in a few weeks. While we have no complaints (at least not yet) about the roof, they killed large patches of our front and back yards. We tried calling them for 2 weeks and got no response. Finally yesterday Stuart and Ben called us back. At first they said that it was highly-unlikely they had killed our lawn, but then we sent them a photo and they agreed that they had done it ("sometimes a petroleum-based substance spills and kills the yard like that" Stuart said). We asked them to fix it OR to discount our bill by the $315 we estimate it will cost to re-sod that part of the yard. They refused and said we should pay now and then "trust us that we'll come through for you if your yard doesn't recover in a month" They would not send a new bill for the reduced amount. They did agree that we could just write the check for $315 less, but then our insurance company said that they could put a lein on our house if we didn't pay in full and didn't put the money in escrow. Putting the money in escrow turns out to be difficult, so we are going to have to just pay it and "trust them" that they'll fix our yard later if/when it doesn't recover (2 weeks out it still looks horrible).

We had a big hail storm at the beginning of June that trashed our roof and dinged up our gutters. So, we set out to get 3 bids to evaluate. Andrew from RoofCorp gave us a bid promptly. Another company gave us a bid, but they were not very prompt about it. The third company didn't even bother to give us a bid. It seems that they wanted to act as the General Contractor, so they could get the extra 20% of the insurance claim (Overhead and Profit). We didn't see why we should let someone have all of that money, when I could manage coordination of the repairs and we could apply that money into other improvements that we wanted. We also talked with several of our neighbors and found out what their bids were from various other companies. RoofCorp had the best price by about $1000. Well, price isn't the only factor that we had considered. We did look at reviews on Angie's List, Yelp and BBB. We also looked at what materials would be used. Our second bid was for Tamko shingles that were poorly rated. RoofCorp and some of the other companies were using Owens Corning Duration shingles which are well rated, synthetic underlayment as opposed to roofing felt, ice and water shield on the eaves and valleys, and a good brand of ridge vent. The other thing that we considered was communications. If each company responded quickly to questions and if they were knowledgeable. With all of these things considered, we chose RoofCorp. They had the best price, good materials to be used, promptly responded to emails and phone calls, and had good online reviews. RoofCorp let us know when materials would be delivered and when they would be starting. It only took them two days to get the roofing job done. Of course, they started bright and early, 7am, both days. No sleeping in. They did a nice job and we got compliments from our neighbors on how it turned out. I only found one exposed nail on the entire roof that should have ended up under shingles. That was compared to the dozens of nails that were previously exposed on the old, builder installed roof. Also, I did have a couple of special requests pertaining to the attic venting and they accommodated them with no fuss. They did a pretty good job on cleanup, certainly better than our next door neighbor's roofers did. Replacing the gutters and downspouts did not go as smoothly. They were removed when the roof was replaced. The following Friday, a two man crew showed up to install the new 5" gutters and 2"x3" downspouts. They got most of the job done that first day. While the workmanship looked good, the crew was lacking in other areas. We fully expected that they would clean up after themselves before they left, but they didn't do so well. I picked up lots of sharp metal shards, a used caulking tube, and some other debris left on the roof, our driveway and in the yard. I was also rather upset about the gouges that their ladders left in our new roof shingles, from them hanging the 2nd story gutters. I communicated these issues to Andrew and he had another gutter crew come out to finish the job. We had no issues with that 2nd crew. Andrew also had a roof crew come out, after the gutters were done, to replace the shingles that had gotten damaged. Problems can occur with such a big job. How a company responds to those problems tells you just how good of a company they are. When we had problems, RoofCorp promptly fixed them and made sure that we were satisfied. If we get another huge hail storm, we would not hesitate to use RoofCorp again.

Everything went on schedule. This crew was very good and cleaned up everything. When our neighbors on both side had their roofs done, I was picking up pieces of shingles and nails for days. There was nothing when Roof Corp was done. I still have not found a single nail. There was some damage to our driveway which they agreed to pay for without hesitation. I would definitely use this company again and have been recommending them to everyone I have talked to about our roof replacement.

We did a huge remodel and addition on our 1898 home. It was a complicated job with old construction and new construction needing to come together seamlessly. Roof Corp was the only contractor/compbay we did not have any problems with. They were true their word, on time, on budget, and helped us with our complicated roof line. It turned out fantastic!

I called RoofCorp of Metro Denver due to an assessment from my insurance company that my roof needed replacement. Jon was very helpful over the phone and stated that if there was hail damage, the homeowner has a year to make a claim. Unfortunately, after he assessed the roof, he could not find anything but general wear and tear. We sat down and reviewed the options and he came up with a reasonable offer since I would have to pay for my roof myself. The materials were delivered when he stated they would be. A week later the workers came and removed the previous roof along with installing the new one. They even installed a number of attic vents that were not existing before and painted all of the vents to match the color of the roof.A few days later the gutter company came and replaced all of the old leaky gutters. All materials were removed from the property and other than some wood chips in the garage, the property was as clean as it was before the project began. Overall, my wife and I were very happy with the work that was done. I would definitely recommend RoofCorp for anyone looking to get their roof replaced.

I called the company on a Friday regarding a roofing project. A gentleman said that he would be out Sunday to look at it and let me know his opinion while at the house. I never heard from him so I called him back on Monday. He said that he handed the project over to another worker who would be out that afternoon and would call me after his inspection.Did I ever hear from that employee on Monday? NopeTuesday? NopeWednesday? NopeThursday? NopeIf they ever call, will I use their services? NopeShould you? Nope
