Working with Jon Wagner and RoofCorp was a great experience. The work was completed on time and they did a great job of keeping the jobsite clean to minimize impact on us. At one point there was a small leak due to the evaportive cooler shifting and roofcorp painted for professional painter to repaint my entire kitchen so the stain wouldn't show. Jon also arranged for my house to be repainted and got insurance to cover most of the cost for this. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all and the city permits for the new roof where issued without any hitches.

Called the main number. Got a hold of Alan. Alan connected me with his estimator, Jon, who called back right away (less than an hour, maybe even faster). Set up an appointment that was convenient for me right then. Jon showed up when he was supposed to and took a look at our roof. Discovered minimal hail damage and was honest about the fact that the damage was likely not enough to bother putting in an insurance claim. Punctual, Friendly, Professional, Honest. I doubt that we'll put in a claim this time around for just the minimal damage that was there, but I would definitely call these guys again after the next hail storm.

Overall excellent. There were a few minor items that were addressed promptly afterward.

Great. Inspector showed up right on time. I was seeing if I could make a claim on my roof from the latest hail storm and also tie in the work to a remodeling project that dealt with my roof. They have a general contractor relationship that they would have worked hand in hand with on the project. The inspector did not see anything that would warrant a claim though. He did not try to upsell or pressure me on anything. Professional company.

Every home in my neighborhood received extensive damage from the hail storm. My home's repairs were first to be completed thanks to Roof Corp's efficiency and professionalism. Not only was it a quick turn-around time, the quality of the work is superior!

Rep stopped by, took a look around. He gave a verbal estimate & stated he'd be back the following day with a business card & written estimate. He rushed across the street to my neighbors house. He didn't come back until a couple of weeks later, was still not prepared. By that time I informed him that we had chosen a different company.

Ben came out to give the inspection. He was great. He took his time and was thorough, detailed, and professional. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information and answered all my questions.

As a Realtor, inspection items come up with only weeks until closing. Time and time again, they are able to get out and inspect the roof, and have been able to provide repairs, a certification, or replace the roof within the timeline of the contract. Each time, there was always something about the replacement work that we found incomplete or deficient. Roof Corp is the first company we have found that fulfilled each of our expectations. We give them, without qualification, our highest recommendation. Roof Corp Proposal We researched over 100 roofing companies on Angie's List, Yelp, and Facebook. We solicited formal bids from eight companies. Ben, the Roof Corp representative, made a compelling case for his firm. He provided detailed information through pamphlets and brochures addressing the roofing products they use. We had a series of 14 questions we asked each company that submitting a formal bid. Ben’s responses to our questions were thorough, clear, and concise. One question we asked addressed our city’s building code requirements. Ben checked the city code on his cell phone to review the provisions of the code before providing his answer. His presentation exceeded the proposals of the other seven companies by a significant measure. He inspires trust and confidence in Roof Corp. Roofing Work This was the best roof installation we have experienced. Teo, the Roof Corp Team Leader, met with us briefly prior to beginning the work to answer our immediate questions and to explain what we could expect. His team worked well together. Each individual had a specific task to complete that blended seamlessly with the overall objectives and work of the team. This was a coordinated, unified effort. Our entire roof was removed and replaced within a 7-hour period. Roof Corp has established exacting standards that ensure the quality of their work. They meticulously install the snow and ice shield, the drip edge, roofing vents, flashing around the fireplace, and the felt. They use chalk plumb lines for each ridge to ensure that ridge caps are straight and uniform throughout. Their attention to detail surpasses any roofing work we have found. These men are skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. When the work was complete, they rolled our lawn four times with a magnet to pick up stray nails and metal pieces. Gutter and Downspout Work Ely Cruz, the Team Leader for the gutter replacement, specifically asked us about our preferred location for each downspout and the preferred length of the downspout and extenders before he began the project. His work requires exacting measurements to ensure the gutter lengths are correct so that they may be joined together at the corners of the roof. Exact measurements are further required to cut and place the drains for the downspouts. Each team member performed their tasks in a seamless manner to ensure team coordination and efficiency. They used a level to angle the gutters towards each downspout to ensure a complete drainage of water from the gutters. Gutter corners were meticulously fitted together, secured, and caulked to prevent leakage. We requested additional spacers that support the outer edge of the gutter with the roof to provide more gutter strength in the area where we use ladders to ascend to the roof. They willing complied with this request. They use wrap-around metal strips evenly spaced at the top and bottom of the downspouts to hold them securely in place against the house. Other companies use U-shaped brackets that are often randomly spaced up and down the downspout. They spray-paint each joint and screw to ensure a clean, uniform appearance. This is the best gutter installation we have experienced. Their attention to detail exceeds anything we have found. Like the roofing team, these men are skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work.

Very professional and good workers. The corporate offices were most helpful and always on top of the situation. You cannot go wrong with this company. When finished with the work you would not know that they had even been here my site was so well cleaned.

Roof portion went great. Gutters were not installed properly. Although to their credit, repairs are being made almost two years later. They seem to really want to correct. I would have never expected this type of response after so much time had passed. For this reason alone I would highly recommend them. They are really standing behind their work.

Excellent. Almost no mess - I think I've found 2 nails and a single shingle in the time since. Arrival was punctual, and roof was completed in a day. The crew was polite and worked around our needing to get in and out of our garage. Our yard was protected well, with no damage to our flowers or vegetables. Was very pleased.

Roof Corp was not the cheapest, but for the job they did I was very happy with it. They were competitive, and were more than willing to do all that I asked and added extras. They had by far the best reviews of any companies that were in their price range. I reviewed roof companies extensively. Mark & Lance along with their crews did a super job!

We are selling the home and needed to have it done quickly in order to meet the deadlines of our agreement. Roof Corp was able to come out and provide an estimate the same day we called and also provided an estimate right then and there. They then worked well with us in coordinating the removal of solar panels before they began the roof. RoofCorp was extremely responsive, professional, easy to work with, very well priced and very quick and efficient at their work. It could not have been an easier or smoother process. I will absolutely call them again in the future if we ever need to replace or fix our roof!

Roof Brokers did an excellent and very professional installation of my new upgraded roof. From my initial call to check my roof for damage to the completion things went very smoothly. It was an efficient process from start to finish. Everyone working on the project was polite, informative and they installed a great new roof on my home..

Roof Corp did a great with helping us choose roofing, guiding us with insurance, being very professional and responsive. They completed the job in one day. They cleaned up and followed up to check in the job once completed.

The whole process was great. I originally selected Roof Corp based on Angie's list reviews and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed working with them from start to finish. The only issue we had was a weather delay out of their control. Even with the delay they kept in contact with us on alternative dates once it was clear weather was no longer an issue.

I consulted Angie's List and found 2 roofers that I like as well as another one from neighbors yard signs. Jon Wagner from Roof Corp was very prompt in calling me back and we scheduled a time. Jon was right on time for the meeting and was also very thorough with inspecting the roof. He made many suggestions and covered the items they could provide. After that meeting, we decided to use Roof Corp for the job. The technicians were on time as promised and very professional and considerate of our yard and possessions. They would bring up issues and suggestions if there was any question about something. They finished the job in less than 2 days and promptly cleaned up.
