We were pleasantly surprised to have a company come on the day of the flooding thunderstorms. They arrived within a half hour, inspected the wet carpet, gave us options and an estimate. Within another hour, padding was removed, fans & dehumidifier/heaters set up and drying out began. Three days later, equipment removed and carpet is saved! Herman & crew were prompt, polite and did an excellent job.

This company is so professional and thorough. When I flooded my laundry room, they showed up quickly and started fans within an hour. Every person I interacted with was fantastic, and the work was top-notch. I lucked out big time by calling them!!!!

I asked them to come out to evaluate a potential seeping wall into the house, hoping they could remedy the exterior source of the leak. Their expertise however is on the inside. The technician did however discover (on the initial visit) the extent of the interior problem (minor) and take action to mitigate it as long as the external problem was fixed. My only issue was the post job communication.

I had a small water leak coming from the unit above me. The tech cut open the wall and quickly determined the source of the leak and that there was no mold that was forming or cause for alarm. They left drying equipment and a hepa filter in my unit after the leak was fixed by the unit above me. I was unable to contact RL for several days while this equipment was sitting in my bathroom running. Finally after multiple calls to them they responded and came back days later to check on things and removed the equipment. I was charged for multiple days of use of this equipment, even though it was only supposed to be there for 24 hours. I was also charged for an emergency service fee ($250) even though this was not an emergency. They advertised the consult as a free estimate/consultation, and I was not told about the emergency fee. They claim they showed me the pricing sheet, which they quickly did, however this is a four page long document with 100s of line items listed on each side. They gave me no real estimate of what the cost would be and did not offer to describe the types of costs I could expect based on that sheet. They also did not make any attempt to communicate with me after removing their equipment about repairing the hole left in the wall after their work was completed, even though they had said that was part of the service they offered. I was sent a bill for $1055 after multiple weeks of not hearing anything from them and with a giant hole still in my wall. Probably a decent company for an emergency situation, but would definitely not recommend this business. Very shady business practices preying on people in tough situations who are forced to shell out whatever dollar amount they feel like charging. They make the majority of their money by billing your insurance but if your project is not large enough to go through insurance then they will try to get as much money out of you as possible is the impression I was left with.

I was facing some water intrusion and mold issues in my house. I hired Restoration Logistic team for the cleanup and repair. I must tell you that they did a fantastic job. I would like to give them five out of five.

I recommend this company without hesitation. We had a leak from the apartment above us which damaged our kitchen and bathroom. We needed to have both water/mold mitigation as well as cabinet replacement, plastering & painting in both rooms. Fabulous job. Looks like it never happened. They were polite, easy to deal with & professional from the 1st call for help thru the entire project and review / billing. They worked seamlessly with our insurer and the apartment manager.

They did a good job of removing the water, tearing down the soaked drywall and carpet and drying things out. This was an insurance claim and I don t know what it cost yet. They aren t finished.

I had decided to call RL for fire damage recovery as I have heard good reviews about this company through yelp. They are an excellent workman who has done their job in a very effective way.  Kudos to your amazing work.

They really helped my sister house which was having a leakage issue. Sergio also suggested her to use an inline ventilation system so that there will be no wet air in the basement. He was very knowledgeable and a meticulous person, I have ever met with. I would definitely hire Restoration Logistics again for any future need.

Recently there was a flood from a pipe break in my home; I had shut down the electricity and water source to stop further damage. Dan and his team praised me for doing that and also gave some more suggestions that what more can I do assist the restoration process. He also inspected some damaged materials like mold and mildew. Their team did a great job by drying out all of the moisture as soon as possible from the affected area. I am so happy for their hard working approach and giving them a 5 stars ranking.

Dan responded to my call immediately over the water damage issue that causes massive damage in my kitchen. He does the inspection by pointing out some areas that were so moist and need some attention. It was a great decision to hire them for the kitchen remediation process.

I hired these guys to come repair some severe water damage to my condo's kitchen. They had everything mitigated within 48 hours. Troubles with the various insurance companies involved meant that it took several months before I had the money to fully repair the unit, and they were very patient with me during this process, offering a ton of helpful advice to help me through it. When I finally did get the funds for repairs through insurance, I invited these guys to come back out an refinish the kitchen. It was all done very promptly without much fuss on my side, and I wound up with a fantastic kitchen by the time we were all done. For whatever repairs you need, these guys can and will do it, and do it well. Michael Griggs was very helpful throughout and deserves a special shout-out.

Due to the sewer line back up there has been a flood in my apartment. Hurriedly I called Restoration Logistics and told them  that I had some major issues and I needed help. They came quickly came over to my place and dried out my home very fast. After all the work has been completed I drop him a message that it was a great pleasure to work with him. This is the company I would call again.

I was sitting in my room and suddenly I have listened the voice of my wife screaming that the pipe has been blasted in bathroom. But Restoration Logistics proved us that good customer service still exists. The team was very professional and great people to deal with.

Bewildering experience!! Arrived at the same day when I called them. Their workmen set up the equipmentâ s and mark the areas which get affected due to the flood.
