I had tried to troubleshoot my garage door problem on my own and missed something so simple. John was so awesome about it and since he was out fixing something easy, he tuned up the doors and made the service visit very worthwhile. He was a super nice guy and very professional. I would gladly hire them again.

They were an hour late, but satisfied.

Our garage door broke on a Sunday night. Greg came out anyway and fixed everything. Professional, friendly and timely.

I would have liked more detail on the invoice. Invoice did not break out the parts and labor. Service was good and they showed up in record time. I will definitely use them again.

Great! Installed the garage door opener and came back when it malfunctioned, and replaced it.

Our experience with Pro Lift was not so great. We recently moved into a home and had them out for a door tune-up and to help diagnose/fix an exterior keypad that wasn't working. Visit #1: The tech cannot get the keypad to work and claims that a universal keypad will not work either. Says we'll need to replace the entire operating unit. The noisy door is not much better when he leaves. Visit #2 (after calling a few days later to ask them to come back out): The owner of the company (I believe) arrives. He is now able to set up and program a universal remote, something that his tech was previously unable to do. He also services the noisy door again, and this time, when he leaves, it sounds great! Essentially, he provides the service that should have happened on visit #1. Still, he wants to charge me for the work, PLUS another service call charge ($79). When I challenge him on the service call charge portion (since he has just shown that the work could have been completed properly on visit #1) he says he'll accept $45 instead of the full $79 for that portion. (Mind you, I'm still paying additionally for the actual services.) A better business would have acknowledged that their work on visit #1 was not done properly and simply waived that second visit charge completely. If such a simple and easy gesture had occurred, I wouldn't be writing this review and all would have been forgiven. That's not what happened though, and this is exactly how you lose repeat clients.

They were great. They came out on a Sunday. They were able to fix the door; even though we thought they would try and sell us a new one.

They responded to my internet request first. They showed up first. They said they could fix my door rather than sell me a new one saving me a thousand dollars. (Note others said most of the time the door needs replaced).

Great experience from the moment I submitted a request from HomeAdvisor. They called me within minutes. They also kept in touch with me about the appointment. Greg, the owner, showed up right on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company and will use them for all our garage door services from now on. I will recommend them to others.

Very knowledgeable and "user friendly". I asked him a ton of questions, to the point where my wife said "let him do his job". But he always took the time to answer and inform. He was a perfectionist, wanting to get things set up just right. I would recommend him to anyone.

Greg was very prompt and efficient. Installed my opener in just a little over an hour. He was good about explaining everything so I could understand. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The service was prompt and efficient. The technician started with the basic repair (least expensive) and explained what I could expect with each step.

Greg and Pro Lift was great, got the “total overhaul” Door was in bad shape and need the Pro touch. It is running better than the day I moved in 2 years a go. Thank you again I’m one happy customer.

The Pro Life tech was great. He was all alone and worked over 6 hours to finish the install. Great Job!!

Honest, efficient and reasonably priced.

They are very courteous and when I had problems a few days later, they came the next day and although it was related to the motor, and not the door that I had had replaced, they fixed it for no charge.

pro was professional and helpful. I'm just unhappy that i had to spend 75 dollars for him to tell me that it was a recall part, order it, and then wasnt going to come back when it blame in the mail without me paying another 75 dollars.
