Our furnace had ceased to work (as it would) during the first real cold snap of the year. We call 5 or 6 furnace repair places and all put us on lengthy wait-lists. We called Paradise and left a message; within minutes we got a call back, and the owner (I think) advised us to change the filter and check a few other things. I was impressed that he was willing to talk us through some of the quick-fixes over the phone, free of charge?none of the other places I called had any advice or asked any questions. Then, when the fixes didn't work, he showed up within an hour and repaired the furnace for $60. He was professional, courteous, and responsive, and we'll call him again if the furnace has problems.

Service person arrived on time and performed work professionally and highly satisfactorily.

I don't have time to tell it all, but this great company came out immediately and very professionally completed the repair.

The worker relocated the filter so the air was being filtered going in
and out of the furnace. He cleaned up the inside of the unit, removing
dust and dirt. He made sure that the electrical and gas connections were
solid.

They were very nice and pleasant in setting up my appointment. Ryan arrived in a timely manner and was a very professional and thorough young-man who was obviously proud of what he does. He did a complete inspection, clean and answered all of my questions. He even provided a nicely hand written report regarding the condition and specs of my HVAC system. I used an Angie's List deal for a furnace inspection. An appointment was made within days and Ryan arrived at the scheduled time. I think he was the most thorough and efficient home professional I have had in my home. He removed his shoes at the door, got right to work and gave a very detailed list of what was done. He repaired a couple of small items without further charge, always a great PR move, in my opinion. He explained each part to me and even removed the furnace cover after he had finished the job to show me exactly how to replace the filter. He made suggestions for continued maintenance (how often to change the filter, what size to buy, where I could get it, the tool needed to open the cover, when to schedule another service call, etc.) After Ryan had completed the inspection, he went out to his truck and returned with a small vacuum and cleaned the area thoroughly. The real clincher for me was at that point, he removed a dead bird from the area and made sure to take it with him to the outdoor garbage bin rather than leave it in the house trash can. He was kind and professional, a great combination, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. I will definitely be using their services again as needed.

Th owner, John, was polite and responsive, and was a pleasure to talk to. The contractor was considerate and professional. The work was good. Overall I like what they have done. But there is one problem. I upgraded to a more advanced humidistat, but the contractor had problem connecting to the wiring with AC, so he disconnected the AC and told me to come back the next week with an additional part. Well, that has never happened yet. If they can call me and finish the job left, I am willing to change my rating.

It took several weeks to make an appointment but once that was handled they did a great job.  I've used them before for an air conditioner tuneup and inspection and was happy with the work.  They complete the job well without trying to upsell me and they give me information about how to do regular maintenance and troubleshoot if need be in the future.  I'll continue to use them for HVAC in the future.

it went great, I signed up for a Angies Deal to have  $59 "tune up". 
We are in the middle of selling our house and sent them an email stating I was in a rush to have this work done. they were able to come out the same day. the not only performed tun up but they were able to take care of a couple other issues on my TODO list!!!!! big help! they were very personable and professional!

They were good. They came when they said they would. They wore slippers in the house & got everything working. I was very happy with them.

This is the second time I've hired Paradise Heating & Cooling - first time was earlier this year for A/C check up.  Once again, Ryan came out and did an excellent job cleaning and inspecting the furnace.  He spent over an hour doing the work, noticed that the whole-home humidifier filter was bad and cut too small & gave me the info I needed to purchase a replacement. He also checked the hot water heater (not expected), and found a small gas leak which just required some tightening of the pipe, and gave me a heads up that there was a small amount of rust beginning to build up.  He took meticulous notes about the condition of the furnace, model & S/N's and details of the work done for future reference. I highly recommend Paradise Heating & Cooling.

It took a couple of days for them to respone to our call to make appt.  Appt. was made but there was a no show.  They called to appoligize and we rescheduled.  Owner did extra services to make for the confusion on the original appt.  He tried to make it right.
