They pointed out the flaws of the previous installer, however, they did not fix them. Only fixed the immediate issue. Left the rest for me to address

"Nice that we got 4 stars but then a slightly negative comment. We didn't leave him with the mess though. His wife was home and instead of letting us address the "mess" she said she was going to contact the original electrician that put it in. Sure sorry he had to handle it but we would have been glad to do it for him. We are always up for assisting our customers!"

What do you think? $190 to replace an outlet? Plus an attitude of if you want to or I will leave? Like they are doing me a favor? What is wrong with your providers? How do you screen them?

"Sure sorry that our customer saw it this way. We do have a minimum because we simply have to. But I can tell you that the biggest share of the time our prices are more reasonable than many of the major repair companies. I know of one company that literally charges slightly more than double our prices, but then that is why they drive brand new vans with full wrap advertising too."
