I had Mountain Breeze come to our home for the a/c and heater. I was more then pleased with this company. The service man they sent was a very likable individual and I will be using them in the future.

Very knowledgable. Showed me how the company that gave me an estimate two days earlier "Ken Caryl Heating and A/C" tried to rip me off, and left my A/C in worse shape after their visit. Mountain Breeze was fast, friendly, they were on time both days for service.. Followed up and did what they said they would do.

Arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Helped us figure out a problem we had for 10 years (and didn't know it!). Will do business with them again when the time comes. Excellent overall experience with Mountain Breeze.

Prompt and efficient service.

Well......... after three visits from two service individuals, and going 2 nights and a whole day without heat, the fourth trip, the following day finally brought us heat. The first service man was rude and short after his failure the first time. The woman on the phone was not too personable either. And finally when they sent someone out that night he had no tools and no replacement part for what they did not fix the first time around. However I will give him kudos for being nice and he is the one who came the next day. He however then left his tools and had to return that evening to pick them up. This company is the epitomy of incompetence.

Immediately called me to send out someone to look at my issue, repair guy came at scheduled time and returned at scheduled time with the appropriate part to fix the probllem.

Showed up on time and did a good job as far as I can tell.

I needed help FAST! and Mountain Breeze Heating and Air responded quickly during a very cold spell in the midst of a CO Winter Storm- I had not heat in my loft and they came to the rescue. Quick and efficient, and always professional in their manor or service.. The communication b/w contractors was great and efficient. I will call upon them if need be, no doubts

on time, had parts, were knowledgeable, easy to deal with.

They were very polite and accommodating to my timing needs. The only problem was I feel that I may have beeb over charged from what people I have talked to that have had the same problem but I do not know if the circumstances are the same so I do not know for sure if I was over charged but the problem I had was solved.

My A/C stopped, hot weather, & have senior dog who does not do well in heat. Husband called usual A/C people (10 yrs) - after 4 days & 3 msgs not returned. told it would take 2 wks to service A/C. Pulled the ServiceMagic book, picked a couple companies. Called SM-person was great. He picked 1 company I also choose. After hanging up phone, within 5 mins, Mtn Breeze called. Said they would come next AM. Told her about sr dog. She said if something opens, she'd call back. Minutes later, she said will be there in 30 min-got here in 20 min. From call to SM to Mtn Breeze fixing my A/C-LESS THAN 1 HR. Tech was great. Doesn't get better-impressed! A+
