Everyone else that I spoke with gave me outrageous pricing and told me there was no way to do the repair for less than the $700.00 Mountain Breeze not only quoted me for $500.00 less but they were friendly, prompt (ahead of the two hour time they set up), personable, knowledgeable and just all in all a real joy to work with. On time, able to complete job properly. Had many options for repairs or replacement. Lots of information given for future projects.

Technician arrived within time window he arranged with me. He was friendly and did not mind me watching his work. He identified parts (igniter) that was aging, but did not pressure me to have it replaced. I felt I received value for what I paid.

These guys were great! Gave me a window of 8am to 10am and showed up at 8am on the dot. Tech wore foot protection and was very knowledgeable. Got a special web deal for furnace tune-up that made it very cost-effective. Overall great experience!
