This was a furnace and Central Air replacement for our office unit. These folks were knowledgable, hard working and polite. From obtaining the permit to protecting our carpeting, to hauling away the old units and construction debris, to ensuring we knew the operation of both units before they left and that we were complettely satisfied with the job. They completed this in less than one day! What a great experience and we will use them again in the future.

Had a furnace not putting out hot air. Got one estimate that was all scare tactics and urgent need to replace the furnace at great cost. My guy from Mountain Air was available right away, came in, told me why that wasn't the truth and replaced a simple part for under $200 including an upgrade on the part at no fee. Now THAT will have me calling this company for service again and again!

Sent in my request to SM at 9:03pm, got a call from Mountain Breeze at 9:06pm! That is service! Jim the owner came out the next morning at 10am and fixed the ignitor on the furnace for a reasonable price and took off the trip charge! I would highly recommend Mountain Breeze! I will be calling them when I need a new furnace!

This company charged us $189 for 20 minutes of the technician's time and a part that sells online for a retail price of $24.95. This works out to an hourly labor rate of $492 !!!!!!!! I should quit my job and become a furnace repair technician!

The repairman was here, fixed the ignitor on the furnace and left within an hour of my online request to Service Magic. Can't ask for any better service than that! Thanks!
