Rex Hayden, Owner/VP Sales of JDI Windows, was very professional & knowledgeable about window. He sold me on his company on on Alside triple pane windows. His head installer, Lee McConigil, and his team of 3-4 installers did a phenomenal job of removing all of my old aluminum windows and installing the new windows. They also replace all of the window jams & sills (including new frames around the interior of the windows) with gorgeous woodworking. They all were very experienced and cleaned up 100% of the mess. I would highly recommend this team to anyone!!

JDI replaced two windows and removed two rotting french doors and replaced with sliding doors. From the initial contact to completion, their staff (sales through installation) were knowledgable, professional and courteous. There were some problems with the windows that were delivered from the manufacture and there were some minor installation issues. The company representative made sure everything was corrected, to my satisfaction. The window product, allside windows, is made in the USA.

I wasn't too happy with my new windows, as the were not built into the existing wall, so I lost 3" of glass around the entire perimeter. They were also supposed to replace all the wood trim and did not. On the plus side, the installation process went very smoothly and they cleaned up the site well.

Got caught in the end of year rush and production/installation delays. Had issues getting the right windows ordered and produced by the plant, but the installers did a very good job and stayed in touch until the project was properly completed.

Pleasant company to do business with, however communication was seriously lacking. Installers did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. However, the completely wrong window went into a large front window making our home look very odd. I was told they would rush the correct window and was guaranteed it would be in before Christmas. Was then asked to pay half down even though the correction had not been made because they "needed to pay their guys" for the work with it being the holiday and all. Paid this and my window came in, but I never got a call till i followed up and it never got schedule till after Christmas.

They are very pleasant and professional. They had to cancel one scheduled appointment. But one week later the windows were installed and look wonderful. The installer was very respectful and cleaned up all his material and cleaned the glass in the windows.

I can't believe how warm my house is since they did the work, and they did it in such a timely manner and they were just the best out of everybody that we looked for. I'm just very, very thrilled that i will be saving some money on our heating bills as well as the tax deductible.

Windows installed two days ago and the work was done very well. Very pleased with the 4 new basement windows. Took a bit longer than original schedule, but the original schedule was upset at the start by the Four Mile Canyon fire and nearly a week of evacuation. We recommended to a friend and their windows have already been installed.

Garrett's Dad, Wes, made the sales call. There was no hard-sell. Wes told me what they could do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. They did not ask for money up front. Everything happened as discussed, right on time, though I haven't received the warranty paperwork yet (it's only been a few days). The windows are great! The first two installers (Mike and Mike) who came were meticulous and left almost no mess behind. The same can't be said for the extra crew who helped on the second day. There was a lot of clean-up (dry wall dust, glue) to do and I'll be touching up paint and fixing some scrapes on the walls.

Everything went well from working with sales through installation. Although unable to replace all windows at this time they assured me that unless prices went up for them they would honor the price when we were able to finish the rest of the house.
