This was my first time taking my car to Hotchkiss and I won't go anywhere else!! From the very start, you could tell the service writers and technicians were extremely knowledgeable about the entire vehicle. I immediately knew that my car was in good hands. When I picked up my car, it actually was LESS than I was quoted. It's so hard to find an honest auto shop nowadays. I'm extremely impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and quality of work from the Hotchkiss Auto team. I can not recommend them enough!!

Doing business with Dave and his people is always a pleasure!  They take the time to explain what needs to be done and why; and then give you options.  Dave has been wrenching a long time and knows what he is doing.  Here is the kicker-- they don't always push the most expensive option and I have NEVER been up sold on something that was not needed.  They are also fair and truthful about hours charged; which is a rarity in today's auto repair world.  Lastly I have NO reservations about  referring Hotchkiss to family and friends because I know they will be treated well.

My Subaru Outback just had another great service with the folks at Hotchkiss. We were in for a routine oil change last week when the mechanic noticed that the lights for my rear license plate were not working. I was able to make an second appointment (that fit my schedule) to look into the problem and the garage was able to make the repairs quickly and for a very reasonable price.

It went well enough. The did the job that was expected of them. I would say the only reason I gave them a "C" for price is because I found they weren't any better or worse than anyone else. They came recommended by a friend, and I thought they did a good job. I just wouldn't say they are the best "bang for your buck" or anything like that. They weren't overpriced, but they weren't cheap either. I would say they were normal, but hey, finding a place that will do what's expected of them can be hard to find. For that, I give them an "A". Thanks Hotchkiss.

I was quoted a price by the dealership and also Tires Plus of over $1700.  Hotchkiss did the same service for $800 less.  They appeared to be very competent and were very pleasant to deal with.  They are definitely my go to place for auto service in the Denver area.

Other than the wait to get in (3 days before I could get an appointment) - I was very happy with my experience. Checking in on the morning of the appointment I met the owner who was very friendly and introduced me to some other staff members. The repairs were all handled quickly and cheaply. I'll definitely be back to use them again for any other auto repairs.

They were very concientious about communicating with me as the problem was diagnosed and the repair was accomplished. I was impressed by the fact that they didn't try to ding me for the time it took to work out the problem and while the replacement part (the filler tube) was expensive, their charges were very reasonable.

They came referred to me by one of my neighbors, and now after 3 years I share his opinion that they are very honest and economical. They have never over-sold us on anything. They have made good, effective repairs. If I had anything bad to say it would be selfish in that they are very popular. In other words, they are so good that they have a lot of customers and are sometimes booked a week out. They always communicate well and call to tell you when your car is ready to come home.
